The chances of the show coming back is pretty much nil at this point. It's just not been proven to be profitable for them. The time and effort it would take to orchestrate at this point would outweigh the chances of return on their investment. I mean, you could write a letter it just wouldn't really do much of anything. Money talks more than hand writing anyways, so if you want to support the Titans the best way is to buy the comics.

Granted, buying the comics won't bring the show back but it shows more interest (and more monetary gain) that could lead to future Titans projects. But Teen Titans as we know it probably won't be coming back.

You could always try mailing it to three or four years ago, when they might have cared.

The answer is a big resounding "no." The reasons why are many and varied and have been chronicled numerous times on this forum. But boiled down, no. No, it is not coming back. Not any time soon, and if ever, not in the way that you remember it.
