There is no secret in art, no easy way to learn it. Lots of practice would be a good answer but I don't think it is. Discipline (sp?) Would be the best answer, you need it to continue practicing. To pursue even though you fall.

Like learning to play the piano it takes time and you're doomed to fail plenty when you start off (unless you're like that kid from August Rush)
