I think this sentence alone shows your grammar problem. A Drawer is a boxlike storage compartment without a lid, made to slide horizontally in and out of a desk, chest, or other piece of furniture. So let me revise your sentence with proper grammar.

"Why don't we make another comic? We should assign an artist for the comic and present ideas for the story (doesn't Red have a comic?)"
