This one I don't know, though it looks familiar, of course maybe I'm just having Soul Eater flash backs, the top two could easily be Orange Star and his weapon/girl ninja chick who's name I never learned.

Also the bottom two are obviously related, they both have the same symbol in their hair colour, and a cross.

They all have that symbol, the guy top left has it on his shoulder, you can see a small part of it. (: The blonde girl has it on her right hand.

I don't know what's with the cross, I guess that's just.. a coincidence?
