Dawn of the Titans (Started!!)

Blade sharpened her sword in her warehouse. She had heard the news. She had seen the crimes. She knew what was happening.

An infection. Jump City was infected, and soon, it would spread to the world. Did she care? Not really. She could fend for herself. Her sword sparked as she stopped sharpening it. She blew on it, and hurled it at the wall, towards a worn out bull's-eye. Perfect hit.

She'd survive this. And if she could, why did she need to care about anybody else anyway?

Ghost emerged from the deteriorating subway. The entire city was a mess. He kept his sniper in hand, in case any infected were in the area. He heard static on various radios and the faint noises of announcements and warnings.
"If I owned this place n hell, I'd rent this place out, n live in hell."

"Come on! Get moving!" Kamica Blade shouted blasting back infected people. Behind her a family of five screamed in terror. "Go! Get to city hall!" She made the air behind her pick them up and get them going. The parents finally got moving and grabbed their horror striken children. KAmica continued to fight. Fire and ice flew as she froze the infected people and scorched some. When she backed out of the building she was in, a rock blocked the exit. Sealing the infected inside. "I should get paid for this!"

Slade took a whiff of the fire and brimstone that was Jump city. It didn't feel quite right if he wasn't the one sewing the destruction in the first place. He gazed down at the deserted, eerie streets, fires bruning in the distance from overturned cars and the like. Slade himself barely knew what had happened- it was practically instantaneous. The zombie- liek creatures overran the city like lightning. Slade rested his head on his hands as he observed the city, occasionaly catching movement here and there. He was a master of stealth, so he used that trainign to avoid being seen. 'Figures. Someone take sover the city, and it isn't me.' Slade mused.

Annie and Zac walked along, holding hands. The small town in
the desert was quite, well, deserted! "Annie?" Zac asked, "Where
were we supposed to go?" Annie thought for a moment, and the two of them
walked over to an old bench and sat down. "The infection is still in the
major cities, even though the government is trying to eliminate it." She
said, thinking about the news report she had heard. "I suppose that means
mom and dad are still in the middle of that mess..." Zac said sadly.
"It's ok, Zac," Annie replied with a smile, "They promised we
would be a family again soon, but you know how busy they are, with both of them being geneticists. They wouldn't want us anywhere near that
mess going on in Jump city."

"I suppose..." Zac replied, "But I do wish that Dad's friend
would hurry up and meet us here, I'm getting terribly hungry." The two of
them waited there for a while longer, when suddenly a black car approached from
far down the road. Annie waved as the car got closer. "Hi Admiral
James!" she yelled, waving cheerfully with one hand, and holding Zac's
hand in her other. The car pulled up, and a man in a suit stepped out with an
armed guard. Suddenly the man grinned and squatted down, and Zac and Annie ran
over and gave him a hug. "Hi kids! It's great to see you!" he said.
"How are mommy and daddy?" asked Zac.

"Your parents are doing great, and they wanted me to tell you how much
they miss you both." he said with a smile, "Come on you two, let's go
get something to eat!" and with that they all piled into the car, and sped
off to the city 8 miles away. "So, is Jump city getting better?" Annie asked innocently as they rode along. "I'm afraid not, kids," replied Admiral James, "the mutated are spreading, and your parents had to be sent to a secure location within the city to continue." Zac looked down, saddened by the report. Annie tried to cheer him up. "It's all right, Zac, everything will improve." and with that she smiled brightly, and everyone in the car felt oddly encouraged.

Is it okay if I join this? I've been reading RP's almost all day.. I'll post a character sheet and all!

James, dressed in his black SWAT uniform looked at Alaska, "Hey, you're that Juneau kid from T.V. right?" he asked "Yeah," she responded, "I've got some spots on T.V. but who cares about that right now?" "I just want to let you know that no infected has even attempted to breach this facility, or even near the area so this is safe!" James rationalized with her. "Look, eventually people will lead them here and we'll have to get moving again! All I know that the faster I get on my bike, the happier I'll be." Alaska pouted.

Kamica flew down the street. The city was falling apart and she felt like the glue. With a blast of fire from her hands to infected she wondered, Where is help when you need it?!

Blade pulled on her silver mask. A deep rumble could be heard outside, and she recognized it. Stampede of the infected. Coming her way. Swiftly, she gathered all her items and stuffed them into a tote bag. Shrugging it onto her shoulders, she leapt upwards to watch from a high beam.

As suspected, a hole ripped through the very wall of the old warehouse. In flooded hundreds of yellow people with sharp teeth and blank stares. Blade watched, curious. She kept to the shadows, observing. Until finally, she grew bored. With a grunt, she sliced a hole in the roof of the warehouse, and stealthily crept out. She began sprinting away, leaping atop of buildings, trying to distance herself from the stampede as much as possible.

Slade was practically run over by Blade. "Careful child. Slip-ups are a no-no now." He mused, approaching her. Down below, he noticed someone fending off a horde of the infected. "Well well, look what we have here?" He aske dout loud, observing the fight, blatantly ignoring Blade now.

"I assure you," Admiral James began, "The infection can not have spread out to here yet-- we are safe here." but suddenly the car began swerving. "What is it?" Admiral James called up, but the driver suddenly turned around slightly, showing his face clawed apart. Annie screamed, and saw the infected outside the vehicle, clawing at the windows. "Zac! Do something!" she cried, letting go of Zac's hand and grabbing Admiral James' hand. The car swerved to a stop, and the infected swarmed around it. Suddenly the infected all around the car began growing tired, some collapsing to the ground. Annie looked over at Zac, and saw his eyes were completely black. Zac's veins flaired with the new strength, and he turned a mild reddish color from the immense blood flow. Within a short while, all the infected around the vehicle were dead-- literally sucked dry of their life. Annie then took Zac's hand again, and his eyes went back to normal.

Because Annie had held Admiral James' hand, he was not at all affected by Zac's ability. Quickly Admiral James got out of the vehicle, pulling the dead driver out. He then sat in the driver's seat, and floored the pedal. The car sped onward, and the 3 hoped they wouldn't run into more infected.

Kamica reached the stampede. Flying above them she made a wall of stone around them. "Why did this happen?!" She froze some that tried to climb out. The ones she missed escaped and ran to freedom. "Crap..."

As the car sped onward to the city, Zac and Annie became more and more concerned for their parents. They arrived at the city, but it was filled with infected. Arriving in a safe zone, the Admiral led the children to a military sector, where they would be kept safe.

Blade backed away from Slade. She had heard of him, tons of times. What did she think of him? He was weak. Spineless. An old fool. He had lost to a team of teenagers, several times. And, there were several times where he could've brought them to their knees. And he didn't.

She crept away. He wasn't even worth being near. She ignored his comments, and continued on her way.

(Sorry for the Slade bashing Red. Slade is a cruel, manipulating, evil, horrible, heartless, vicious, genius. And I totally respect that.)

Eloise walked down the halls of the, a bloody and dented bat rested in her hands. As she walked, she passed rooms full of dead bodies and gore. In one room she eve swore that a young boys head protruded through a wall, his eyes staring and the echos of his screams etched on his face. Keeping her eyes peeled on the exit, Eloise picked up her pace. She had to get to city- the silhouette of a little girl walked out of one of the rooms.

"Oh my gosh, sweetie are you OK?' She asked approaching the girl, "Come with me I can get you to... safe..ty" she trailed off as the little girl came into the light. Her skin was yellow and her teeth long. "Oh ffffuu" and the girl attacked. Eloise quickly swung the bat and hit the mutant square in the head. She continued to bash the little girls head in, blood and brain matter spraying everywhere. She turned and ran out of the school.

Finally reaching City Hall, she started banging on the doors the be let in.

Alaska got up. "Well here comes another one." she said walking over to the doors and opening it up. Eloise burst through the doors and Alaska shut it locking it shut. "Geez, looks like you've just seen a ghost." Alaska mocked.

Blade spotted City Hall, not yet covered with zombies. She hated being near so many people, but...

She ducked into an alley, and quickly changed her clothes. Just as she was turning to sprint to city hall, an infected appeared in front of her. Flicking her wrist, a ninja star appeared in her hand. She did a flip backwards, and launched the ninja star, aiming straight for the eye.

Perfect hit.

Blood and eye goop oozed out and splattered all over the walls. The infected dropped down, dead. Blade continued to City Hall.

As Ghost walked on the freeway, he heard in an empty car a static message that kept repeating: "H-head to c-c-city ha-ll for de-brief."
"This should be fun.." Ghost mused.
He started to run and make his way there.
Unfortunately, upon exiting the freeway, a group of infected were feeding on a corpse."No problem," Ghost whispered.
He cloaked, pulled out both blades, and sliced each infected's throat.

Carafrost ran across the street, earning herself alot of glares from the people around her. But she didn't care, she just kept on running. She had to get away. She was being chased.

As carafrost ran, the streets and buildings aroundher turned into solid ice, causing the people to slip and fall and some of the cars got into accidents. 'Great' she thought bitterly, 'I'm causing havoc one AGAIN'

Eloise sat down and glared at Apple, "Well sorry! I just killed a bunch of little kids turned mutant!" she said holding the bat close. It may have not been much but its the best thing she could come up with when the whole incident started. "Now what?" the police officer in the Riot Gear

"Hell if I know little missy, all I heard from the officials is to stay here in city hall. I want to see my freakin wife... I have no idea where she is." James said almost to himself as he leaned his back against a door. "No idea where my kids are... could be one of those mutants for all I know."

"Zombie apocalypse." Alaska said. "Hell yeah." James agreed.

"Wait!" Eloise said looking at James, "Did your kids happen to go to Jump City elementary did they?" she asked morbidly.

James knew exactly what she was getting at. The first words she said when she came in was that she killed a bunch of little kids. Without saying anything he went through the double doors and slammed them shut. "Way to go new chick." Alaska jeered at her, and followed James through the double doors and entered where all the survivors were.

Kamica continued to freeze infected. "If there is any chance to save them, they should be around to be saved." She said to herself. Then she couldn't help but smile. She was finally talking to herself and not Blazer, Sunlin, Chiller or anyone else. Once all the infected were frozen Kamica felw above the buildings. She could see some people heading for city hall. More uninfected. There was a cry for help from a building. "Great." She flew into the bulidings window.
