Dawn of the Titans (Started!!)

(And since y'all have no idea what to do, lets go with this.)

"Well!" Karmy said picking up Aurelia again. "Since no one can decided what to do and there seems to be a swarm of infected heading our way." and she pointed down the road. There in fact seemed to be a good 20 to 30 infected all running towards them. "I'll get us out of here." and she snapped her fingers. They all appeared in front of the tech building.

Shandra flopped over, not used to portaling. She fell flat on her butt. "Ow." she muttered, standing up and brushing herself off. "Alright, now that we're HERE what the heck are we gonna do?" She asked, arms crossed over her chest.

"Save lives, kick infected butt, find a cure to the infected, and save them." Kamica said kneeling down to check her robotic leg. Portraling and cybar tech didn't go well. "That's my to-do list anyways."

"Yeah that works Kamica!" and Karmy made her way to the front door. She snapped her fingers and a portal appeared on the door. "Now let's head inside, I think Aurelia is heading for stage 5 soon." she said grimly.

Aurelia felt as though everything inside her was fading. She refused to move and felt comfortable and safe in the girl's arms, but felt a great fear every time a hallucination strike occurred. But.. something else poked at her mind...

"What if they're going to kill me!? What if I can't find my brother!? Oh, God no!"

With all the energy she could muster, she tried to escape and make a run for it; unfortunately, she collapsed. She had completely forgotten about her wound turning yellow. She tried to make it look normal like she had done before, but was too fatigued.

Kamca fallowed Karmy, and then picked up Aurelia by the sholders, "Try to relax ok?" She said trying to sound calm. It was hard because she wanted to yell, 'Your freaking infected!' and freeze her until they had a cure.

Alaska looked up in the tech industry. "This place is booooooring!" she exasperated. "What are we supposed to be looking for? I mean like what is the virus even made of?" She asked complaining. "I dunno, but do you wanna attract more infected?" James asked. "Well yeah I do, cause I'm bored. Until goliath here had to portal us away from the action." Alaska griped looking through a drawer filled with notes and papers. She was referring to Karmy as goliath.

"Fist fighting isn't the only way to fight something Alaska." Kamica said leaning Aureila agianist the wall. "Everything has a starting point, but is the virus's here?" She asked no one, "What if it was just someone with powers? Maybe their powers just mutated or got out of control..."

Slade snorted. "Am I the ONLY one with any brains here? How are we supposed to find this miracle cure if we're in the middle of some zombie wasteland?" He asked. "Hunting aorund this wreck of a city for something I doubt exists is NOT a good plan." Slade snorted

Kamica took a deep breath and tried not to scorch her dad, "Everything can be reversed, if ou know he basics of it. So shut up and try to help!" She strolled over to a file cabnit and looked through it. "Besides, if we're lucky you'll become infected."

Slade, still wanting to make a baloon anime with Kamica's windpipe, ignored her comment- again. "Ok, first off how do we find these basics? If there was a brain to be found amoung you all, and I desperately hopw ther eis at least one, I would realize we already have our own tissue samples." He said coldly. He pulled out a vial and a knife. Quick as a dash, he made a small cut on Aurelia's frozen infected shoulder, making a small trickle of blood flow down her arm. He collected a small amout of it before she froze over again. He plugged a stopper into the vial. "Now, phase two, we get this somewhere where we can actually make some progress." he noted, stuffing it in his amror.

Shandra put her hands on her hips. Blade had freely expressed her dislike for Slade, it was high time Shandra did too. "Look here Gramps, we're all working together on this, unfortunately. You're bad attitude and 'These kids are idiots.' talk is getting old and annoying. It isn't gonna help us stop the infected, and it probably won't help you in life." She sniffed. "And, by the way, do we LOOK like kids? Better get your eye checked. I'm 19, and yes I DO have a brain." Having said her bit, she humphed and crossed her arms. "If we're going to get any further, you need to adapt to working with us."

Alaska casually walked up to Blade and pinched her ear walking her away from Slade's earshot saying "I don't think arguing with villainous masterminds are the best idea to do in a zombie apocalypse."

(No it's OK. I plan on killing off her Shandra persona 'cause I have a feeling its going to get confusing anyway.)

Shandra sneered. "Villainous mastermind? That guy?" She tossed her head back and laughed. "Good one."

"Hey!" Alaska said sounding more serious now, "That guy isn't exactly Barney the Purple Dinosaur! That's Slade! You know, the guy who took over the city several years back? If you wanna go start pointing fingers at his face and name calling be my guest, but right now I think we need him to get us outta here!"

Kamica only heard the guy who took over the city and shuddered at the memory. At the time she had been working with him. "As much as I agree with Shandra, and trust me on that if nothing else, I think Alaska is also right." She walked over to her father and put out her hand for him to shake, "I'm sorry I set you on fire, and froze you, and tripped you with a vine. Ok?" Kamica thought she should of smiled but he didn't even deserve to be treated like a human.

(It's my birthday! Won't be on much today, Blade/Shandra control open. Happy RPing guys!)

Alaska looked in fear. She didn't know what Slade would do next, she was afraid he was going to hurt Kamica again. He did so ruthlessly before. Alaska turned away and started to look through more junk in hopes of an antidote.

Slade REALLY wanted to turn Kamica inside out- the whole thing with her trying to kill him, not to mention her blatant betrayal a few years back, certaintly didn't make their relationship a good one. Nonetheless, allies were in low supply and enemies were in high, so he needed them, although he didn't want to admit it. "Very well, I accept." he said. "However, the REASON I wanted to go to the tech district is actually to get to the water treatment facility- from there, we can escape the city and get our hands on the necesary equipment to analyze and find out mroe about the mutation." he explained, a slight improvement in hiis tone.

Upon hearing the discussion (Zac and Annie are there, right?) Annie walked over to Slade, still holding her brother's hand. "Mommy and Daddy are geneticists who were sent here to study the infection... maybe THEY have some clues." (hint hint, Karmy)
