"Blade! Watch out!"

Before Shandra knew what was happening, one of the infected sunk its teeth deep into her arm.

Kamica flew after Blade and scorched evey infected that crossed her path. "Why would you even THINK to do this?!" She said blasting more fire. Seeing an infected bite Blade she froze it then set on fire.

Shandra screeched in shock and awaited the pain. Pain that didn't come. At all. She blinked and stared at the infected. It was biting, pretty deep too, but nothing was happening. She smacked the thing off her arm.

"I'm..I'm..I'm immune." She looked up with utter surprise and happiness. "I'M IMMUNE!" she screamed to the world. Breaking out her swords, she laughed to herself. Here was a fight she'd always win.

Kamica's eyes got wide, "H-h-how?!" She landed next to Blade, and froze all the infected that came at her. "That ROCKS!"

Blade, despite herself, grinned. "You bet it does!" She sliced a row of infected. She was immune! She could survive in the heck hole! She could stay, with no worry! She glanced at the others. It was them who needed to worry.

Blade had grown up feeling so alone, all she cared about was herself. She was safe now. So why did she feel compelled to stay with these people all of a sudden? Although Karm didn't realize it, when she warned Blade, Blade felt as if somebody actually cared. And as human, she felt the need to care in return.

Looks like I'm staying with these guys after all.

Form atop their haven on a nearby building, Slade and Rose watched the fight below. "Shouldn't we, you know, help, even just a little?" Rose asked warily. Slade wasn't amused. "Oh yes, maybe this time they'll give you frostbite and try to carve my heart out. If we're lucky, they may kill us first." Slade scoffed. "We offered our aid, and we got our response." Slade snorted. Rose was torn between what was right and what Slade said. He made sense- they made it pretty clear how welcome her and her father were. But at the same time, it's not like help would damage their already poor reputations...

They had the cure. They found that some could be immuned to the virus. They also knew that who ever had those jets from earlier didn't like that building. KAmica thought as she threw infected away with two large vines. Was it because they thought the group was super power infected? Or did they have somthing to hide there? KAmica looked up to see if there were anymore planes.
Insted she saw Rose on a building. Rage filled Kamica flew up to her sister, "You just HAD to destory my leg?! Really?!" She punched Rose hard in the face.

"What did you frigin' expect? You tried to send me to jail, and light me on fire with your MIND!" ROse asked/repleid. She didn't want her sister as an enemy, but it's not like any of this was making it easy.

"You could have done anything BUT THAT! And you can thank Mr.Wanted-a-super-powered-squad-of-girls for the burning cause that was Blazer not ME!" Kamica didn't mention that her le was the only thing she had from her mom besides a note that confused her.

"Wanna know how much pity I have for fighting a figt YOU started?" Rose asked, leaving the rest to speculation. Rose wanted peace, but she was more than ready to bust out the sticks and stones if she had to.

Kamica sighed, "I don't want or need your pity. Just Slade behind bars, ok? Rose, we shouldn't fight but you know that Slade is a villian. If you fallow him you'll end up like him. Worthless. Trash. You get it?"

"Worthelss? Trash? This 'worthelss trash' saved me form our uncle." She said seriously, vivid memories of being at Wade DeFarge's feet in a bloody heap flashing violently in her mind.

Kamica didn't reply. She couldn't belive that Slade would save Rose. Not after what he did to her and Terra... Atleast what she had heard abou that. She crossed her arms and looked away.

(Computer problems. Instead of just posting that, I'm gonna explain why. My laptop charger burned out and I've been sharing one. Sometimes I have it, and can come on freely, sometimes I don't and ca only go on for homework. T.T Im HOPING for a new charger at my birthday party. Please lord...

"I don't need to explain myself." Rose sighed as she turned to Slade, the two begining to leave again.

Kamica unexpectenly hugged Rose. "You don't need to be like him." She took off flying, using her one leg to send her into the air.

Rose was suprised by Kamica's sudden show of kindness. It was unexpected, but nice. She turned to Slade, a tinge of doubt in ehr voice as they ran across the rooftops in the way they usually did. Rose looked at Slade. "Hey, dad, tell me mroe about kamica." She asked.

Kamica went back to the fight with the imuned Blade. "You know what's funny Blade?" Kamica said as she froze more infected. 30 left. "What?" 25 left. "Your hero name is my last name." 20 left. "That's not important now Kamica." 10 left. "Yeah but it's true, and we're done now." Kamica froze the last one.

(Dudes, I am so sorry! I was just DEAD yesterday I was so tired >_<)

"Dudes, whats up with the family fighting?" Karmy asked. portaling behind the group. "I don't know y'all, but I don't think this is a real good time for fighting amongst each other."

(Zac and Annie controls are given to Karmy)

Slade and Rose stoped halfway across the city. "You REALLY want to know abouy your sister, do you?" He aksed her. Rose nodded. "Very well." he sighed with a shrug. "It was about two years after I met Lily, your own mother. I was with Kamica's mother at the time, and well... I amditedly wasn't the best of fathers or partners- constantly vanishing at the drop of a hat to pursue a new contract or cash in on a bounty. For Deathstroke the terminator, the work was never done." he explained. "One day though, I went too far, and took my work home with me. A sample of... " Slade didn't even need to finish the sentence for Rose to know exactly what he meant. "Oh dammit, you didn't..." Rose said amidst a facepalm. "Yes, a sample of the Deathstroke serum." Slade explained. The green fluid that gave him and Rose their powers was extremely rare and dificult to make- what few samples that did exist were under close gaurd due to the fluid's dangerous... properties. [Deathstroke serum is NOT the same as the one in SNM, but close] "Needless to say, little kamica stumbeled upon it, and, well, little kids, shiney vials of colorful, enticing looking liquid..." Again, Rose needed no further explanation of what happened next. A few drops gave her her own powers [sans her mental powers- she was born with those] so a full vial probably had given Kamica more than ample levels of power, which she probably had little control of at the time. "Needless to say, I came hom from my most recent contract at the time, only to meet Kamica's furious mother, whom promptly planted a cleaver between my eyes. And well, on instict, with years and years of combat training, I insitnctively..." Again, no further explanation needed. Rose sighed. "Dad, you're a dipthong, you knwo that?" Rose snorted. Slade shruged his shoulders. "So, will you abandon me, knowing this?" He asked. Rose sighed again. "No, I made a promise, and like you, disloyalty isn't somehting I value." Rose said reluctantly. "Although next time Kamica comes calling, you're on your own." She said, getting ready to head back out. Slade smirked under his amsk. "My dear, I would have expected no different." he said.
[I'm not sure if that's is the whole story, ice- I kinda guessed form what I knew o_o;]
[Random fact: Season six of TT was actually going to focus on Rose and Slade.]
