I actually don't feel too good about that, since I have never been able to justify the Vietnam War or the My Lai massacre--the latter cannot ever possibly be justified--and saying that made me come off as bigoted and jingoistic.

So I want to apologize to you guys; yeah, it was funny, but it was really tasteless. And that's not who I am.
