The account is controlled by all the admins on the forum.

We really ought to try and get an Admin or someone to make bimonthly or once a week updates, even if they're just little 'Hey listen!' updates, activity breeds activity.

Very true, we could even split it amongst ourselves, about what we should talk about on our twitter, we could have:

DC Random Facts
Character of the week
News
And Shout outs I suppose

This might actually serve as a suitable way to revitalize the fan-work competitions on the forum. We could award control of the Twitter account to the winner for a week, or give their winning submission a shoutout/link on the Twitter. I like the latter idea particularly because it grants an excuse to link to the forum from the Twitter account, and also post pictures on Twitter. People love pictures.

Sounds good to me, we could have a thread dedicated to contests instead of an entire forum for it though. We could host it in the art section.
