These characters have always been on my mind. I had Blackout for about 2 years. I decided he needed a partner not a sidekick. So i made Sniper.
I'm not shure about what they should do so I'll leave that up to you guys.

sniper sounds like an awesome partner for blackout, does he have like a normal sniper rifle or a crazy tricked out one?

so sniper is another hero with special abilities with projectiles like speedy? or is he a villain soon to be good guy like jinx? Smile

I'm guessing its a special kinda rifle. He HAS to reload too though.
Sniper was never a bad guy. Blackout started out as one though. After Blackout turned good and tried to fight crime, he was getting beaten by Red X (my story). Red X was about to finish him till Sniper got him. Red X didn't kno where the shot came from so he ran. Thats how they met.

Stephen's Story

1.Childhood
Stephen was born in a hidden section of the planet Earth. He lived in a villiage at a small cottage on the outskirts of the villiage.Stephen grew up not knowing who his parents were so he was raised by an old man by the name of Arames Dante. Arames always carried around a black staff with him and Stephen always wanted to learn how to use it. At the age of 7 Arames had taught Stephen the Art of the Spear and was now teaching him the Art of Staff Fighting. At the age of 11 he had mastered the staff. Stephen was stilled searching for who his parents were till one day the demon Trigon showed up demanding his child. The villiagers were scared and confused at the same time till they realized Stephen was his child. Arames knew about Stephen all along but didn't want to tell him. He knew if he told him, the villiagers would find out and banish him. He also knew that if the villiagers knew Trigon would find out and used Stephen's hidden demonic powers for his own. Arames and Stephen ran to a hidden location, but Trigon found him. Arames made a last ditch effort and told Stephen to run so he could stall Trigon. Trigon never found Stephen, but he had killed Arames. After Arames death Trigon was curious about how Arames staff could inflict so much pain on him. Trigon proceeded to lift to staff only to find the staff couldn't be moved. Trigon gave up completely. After a while in hiding Stephen found his dead master/like-father. He swore to take revenge on Trigon and kill him with his master's staff. Stephen tried lifting it but failed. After a while he took a seat next to the staff and heard a faint voice. It was his master's and it kept saying "believe believe believe". Stephen reached for the staff again and was able to lift it. While holding it Stephen realized the staff weighed less than a feather. From then on the staff was named "Deception".

thats just his past. i have whole story on him. ill write it down tomorrow Smile

Shadow was once in the Doom Patrol. He came a month after Beast Boy joined the team. BB and Shadow became quick friends because of the EXTREMELY similar personality.Although he was the best member in the Doom Patrol with his powers. The Brain thought he was useful for using his power for building his quantum generator(the thing the Doom Patrol destroyed) They sent Madame Rouge to capture Shadow. Shadow was captured while he was alone while on mission to scout ahead to find the brotherhood of Evil. Madame Rouge brought back Shadow to The Brain's lair.....cave..place..... silent

and Shadow was being used to power the quantum generator. Beast Boy saw Madame Rouge taking Shadow away and alerted the rest of the Doom Patrol. Then, the Doom Patrol came by using Shadow's scent with Beast Boy. They all fought to destroy the Quantum Generator and to rescue Shadow. The Brain ditched the base along with everyone else except the Doom Patrol. They set a detonation bomb that will go out in 1 minute. The Doom Patrol escaped leaving Shadow behind. Beast Boy was trying to rescue Shadow but was too late. The whole room collapsed already. Shadow, left alone in the undergroung, survived. Although, he felt frustrated and took off his mask, and left it on the floor. Shadow is angry with every hero because of the Doom Patrol abandoning him. With his frustration, he became more powerful and extremely dangerous with his improved skills. Slade found Shadow lurking in the underground while he was working on getting his mortality back under Trigon. Slade promised to help him destroy each hero, especially from the Doom Patrol (A.K.A Beast Boy)

2.The Brotherhood
Blackout:Age14; 3 years after Arames death
Stephen was quick at catching on about being a villian. Because he had no money for a normal life, he stole. It got to a point where he become a notorious villian. He would become a shadow and sneak in to a bank, then after taking the money he made a portal to his "home". (*He can only make portal of places he knows or has seen) RedX heard about his achievements and decided to form a partnership. They were unstoppable in the city. They had made such a big name for themselves that Slade proposed a partnership. They agreed and Slade made a plan to free the Brotherhood of Evil (BOE). The three quickly and easily got through the guards and were able to destory the machine. After the long talk the Brain decided the three could be trusted and they became allies.

3.You've been Jinxed
After the first fight with the BOE everything became peaceful. Villians were still on the loose though. Kid Flash and Jinx had formed a team. They got word Dr. Light was robbing another bank.Kid Flash and Jinx were able to stop him from escaping, but Dr. Light was quick to fire. Kid Flash took the hit and was sent flying. Jinx tried dodging , but was eventually hit. In mid air a black shadow caught Jinx. Jinx was surprised to see his hero in a black cape. The mystery man gently let go of Jinx and then proceded to attack Dr. Light. When Dr. Light fire light beams the man pulled out a staff and deflected everyone of his attacks. Eventually Dr. Light was defeated. Kid Flash arrived shortly to see Jinx asking who the man was. The man smile and said," You never change;huh: Flash? Faster than the speed of light and you still get hit?". Kid Flash sighed as he figured out it was one of his friends. It was none other than Stephen Dante. Kid Flash and Stephen rejoiced at their reunion. Jinx who was still confused ask what was going on. Kid Flash explained how they were friends.(Kid Flash does not know Blackout is a villian). They were still talking when two arms came flying out. One knocking Jinx and the other wrapping around Kid Flash. The arms came from Madame Rouge explaining how she still wanted to capture Kid Flash. She left with Jinx running after her. Stephen following knowing it wouldn't end well. They arrived at the BOE's hideout, and Jinx was shocked to see the BOE had been freed. She demanded Kid Flash back, but found out she was surrounding by villians. Blackout stepped in saying to free Kid Flash or he would leave the BOE. The Brain knowing his powers was a force to be reckoned with agreed and made sure Blackout would not save another titan even if it was his friend. He agreed and made sure the Brain would not harm Jinx or Kid Flash. As Blackout walked by Kid Flash he lip syched the words I'm sorry. Kid Flash shown anger on his face and didn't bother to look at him. Kid Flash and Jinx left.

cliffhanger huh? i got stuck after this part a few months ago but i worked it out. any questions? (i still might've made a grammer mistake)

This looks like fun. I love roleplays. But I'm no good at canon characters.. I might be able to pull off the other apprentice, but I dunno. Depends on if I can think of a decent character before someone else does... XD

Basically, his whole power is in darkness. But gets extremely weak when exposed to bright light. He can only teleport in small distances while in the bright. He may also create nightmares for people and will cause mental damage through illusions. Can enter people's mind.
Looks: Black, spiky hair(similar to Kid Flash's hair. The boy who Jinx likes) Wears a black suit(Makes him look very fast, suit similar to Beast Boy's suit, except all black) Silver Gloves, Silver Boots, Silver vest too(turns purple when in combat. Also displays mood).Purple eyes with a small fang like Beast Boy has. Looks like a young teen. Youngest out of the assasins.
Personality: Energetic, acts kiddish sometimes. Cheerful. Likes bringing his enemies down. Has same humor as Beast Boy so it is double the trouble for the titans.
Bio: Once in the Doom Patrol with Beast Boy. Explains why he is so similar to him drunken
Crush?: Either Starfire, or Raven. Doesn't show it much.

Ah, okay, thanks a lot. XD That's gonna help all of us, I'm sure.
I've had an idea for one of the assassins, and I may come up with an ally too, if that's okay.. y'know, if nobody minds having an extra good guy and someone doubling. And I can think of it.
But not just yet, they're still in progress and I gotta go to work, so... yeah. Soon enough, though.

Still working on the possibility of another hero, though...
Sorry, I take my dreams way too seriously. XD But they've been where I've gotten my best ideas. I'm not about to just let something go...
I'm seriously 'bout to turn it into a fanfic, if I can expand it.
