I have been getting terrible heart burn and pains in the stomach for a few months now on and off, and I'm really hoping it's not an ulcer. I'm the kind of person that worries about everything always, so it's not exactly going to be a surprise if I have one even at such a young age.

I just don't want to have to say goodbye to my favourite fooooooods.

I can't eat anything too fatty or spicy.
Spicy? That's my favorite kind! DX
Plus I got to cough up blood once, fainting afterwards. It was totally worth it. You should get one sponge, they are really fun.

I had to have a long tube with a camera at the end violently shoved down my throat to check for an ulcer and surprise, surprise the docter was wrong...

Tests like that suck, there's no doubt about it. But they're kind of a necessary evil. Unfortunately, there's still lots of places in the human body that we just have to look at ourselves to see if anything is wrong. If you thought that was bad, I hope you never have to have an exploratory surgery. Nothing like being cut open and being poked around in and them being told "Whelp, on the bright side it's not Some Horrible Disease I Can't Remember the Name Of... the bad news is we didn't find anything to explain what's wrong with you this time."

Note: This is not first hand experience, but something that happened to my mother.

Not really. It took a few years but she was finally diagnosed. I mean, she's still in constant pain to this day, but the medication makes it a dull pain for the most part instead of sharp stabbing pain.

Haha well at least it's not as bad as it was. My grandma is sorta like that because her spine is extremely bent over so she is literally folded in half, all her organs are smooshed but she's hanging in there...
