Beast Boy nnarrowed his eyes as he pondered. "how can i wake him up? maybe i should....A-HA!" Beast Boy pulled out his finger from his glove. "i think i know what to do here." he said with an evil smirk on his face. he licked his finger, then stuck it in robin's ear.

((Holy CRAP, people, I'm busy for two days and this board EXPLODES. xDDD I spent all morning before class trying to catch up and honestly, there's...too many pages. I read most've them. >.> Please don't hate me for being lazy. Um. Yeah, T.E. seems to be only Bee and Speedy right now....we fail. xD; ... BUT I'LL POST ANYWAY because I don't want to get any more left behind. ...shyeah))

The fridge let out a low hiss as Speedy swung the door open. His brow furrowed under his mask, causing the rims to lower and one side to arch a bit. He ducked down a bit to better survey the content of the fridge. Damn. Nothing decent...we really need to get a regular grocery schedule 'round here...

He grunted, straightening up and swinging his arm to slam the door shut. Shifting his quiver from his shoulder, he let it slide down his arm to rest against the cabinet wall. There was a light series of clicks from the short heels of his boots as he strode across the kitchen and into the living room of the tower, flopping lazily into the couch and crossing his legs on the coffee table. He sat there a moment in silence, staring through the window out to the ocean ahead. ....where the hell was Fishstick? He hadn't seen high or tail of any of his teammates half the day. ...'course the fact he'd been in the training room all morning, 'then on the roof for part of the day really didn't help his case.

A bored sigh found its way out of his throat as he gave the coffee table a quick scan for the remote. Ah, there it was. He swung his leg over and pulled the remote closer with his heel, resting it half way off the table. Then, he raised his leg a few inches and smacked it on the tip, causing the device to flip through the air and within reach of his arm. He swung out, caught it and returned his legs to their casual-crossed position. Resting one arm behind his head, he raised the remote and gave the power button an exaggerated click. Hopefully something at least half way entertaining would be on TV.

Robin woke from his nightmare unharmed except for the bruises and cuts he had physically received from Slade, he breathes heavily as if he ran a marathon. Robin looks around his room. Sweat stains his entire bed and for some reason Robin's ear felt extremely wet. The dream had ended and Robin felt dizzy, "What..- what are you guys doing in my room? And why is my ear so... so wet?"

The sun was just begining to crest the horizon as Slade made it to the unmistakable industrial district. He had been leaping from building to building most of the night, and decided to take a quick breither on an old, gothic styled building. The building was adorned with ghoulish figures of gargoyles and and the like. Out of the corner of his eye, he noticed an old newspaper caught in an antenna, blown up high by the wind. Out of curiosity, he swiped the paper out of the antenna, and looked at the Headline:
SLADE STILL AT LARGE! TITANS AND AUTHORITIES DUMBFOUNDED!
He let out a little cruel chuckle as he read the article, talking about how 'the mysterious masked criminal only known as Slade' continued to dodge the best attempts of the law and the titans alike. Nonehteless, he was eager to get on with his mission, so he tossed the paper aside as he leapt to the next building. As he dashed across the rooftop, he could feel the excitement of another mission building in him, and he brefly was reminded of his days in the special forces, when he did this on a daily basis. Come to think of it, not much had really changed- here he was, years later, doing the same things he did then...

Robin finished his relatively large breakfast and finished the newspaper. He couldn't stand losing to Slade; deciding that he was ready to train more before he went out for more research, he tossed his plates in the sink and limped his way to the training course, where he would improve on his technique and style from 7:00 to noon. Robin was up since 6:00 and his team was all asleep, if not just waking up. He had spent 30 minutes preparing breakfast, 15 minutes eating, and another 15 minutes reading the paper. Robin had a rough night, and today would be even worse. Today is the day you're going down, Robin thought to himself. He stood in the Titan's "Danger Room" as it counted off "3... 2... 1..." a sound signaled Robin and he dashed out in tremendous speed through the training course.

Slade made it to his destination- a massive computer component manufacturing lab. He sized up the security from atop his perch:
There were tons of security personel patroling the grounds. Bad
Secutiy cameras on every corner, and large, feirce looking dogs. More bad.
Only one entrance- which from afar appeared to require some kind of clearance. Difficult looking to say the least.
Slade grinned under his mask. This was going to be fun. He leapt from his perch and into the midsts of the thick security...

Robin finished the training course way too early. He had it on the highest levels possible and he had four more hours to spare, Robin wanted more of a challenge. He needed to push himself. He went outside and set up another training course, the one outside. He again set it to it's highest difficulty and set out. But again another thirty minutes past and he finished it much too quickly, every known target that was set up was taken down. Robin stood panting seeing all the time he has left, Robin goes down to the basement. He locates several boxes that contained all of Slade's old material. He even gathered a couple of Slade bots since he never really had the guts to show up face to face with Robin. Maybe I can get these robots set up to fight me. Robin thought. All I need to do is put it together. I think can Cyborg is more than capable of helping me out here.

The security never stood a chance. The speed, power and determination slade was employing outclassed anything the gaurds could muster. The dogs could not match the speed and manuverability slade was using to dodge them, and the cameras could barely track his movements. The few beams that did connect with his armor were easily deflected, and returned in kind in the form of punches and kicks. Swiping a passcard from a security guard he downed, he was abble to make it into the main building. with alarms ringing, he knew he was in for a good time...

As Robin still muses over the artifacts of Slade red lights flash and sounds fill the room. Robin dashes upstairs to the living room where all the Titans gather, watching T.V. and eating breakfast. Robin says to them in a high voice, but not quite yelling, "Is it Slade? Already?" The Titan's look to him. Trouble, is the only word that comes to mind.

[I would like to note that TDG, our magnanimous Game Master, is allowing me to use Cinderblock for a few scenes]
Slade ran down the vast halls of the high-tech facility, knowing exactly where eye needed to go. However, as he continued, a guard saw him coming, and closed a giant iron door, blocking the hallway. With security this tight, he knew he wasn't far away. And that meant it was time to use some tricks he had up his sleeve. He punched a switch on the gauntlet on his wrist, and the ground began to tremble. A stone hand erupted from the ground, and its owner pulled itself out of the ground. Cinderblock turned towards Slade, awaiting his orders. All Slade had to do was gesture towards the Shut door for Cinderblock to know what to do. With Minimal effort, Cinderblock tore the door open and threw it aside. Slade was pleased, and Master and servant continued down the hall...

In the Titans East Tower, Bumblebee entered the living room and spotted Speedy sitting on the couch, flipping from one channel from another. Through the quick flippings, she could hear a news announcement from one of the channels... And she heard the word Slade.... Before the unawared Speedy flipped it to another channel.
"Yo, Speedy!" she called out. "Stop flipping, get back to that channel."

(Raevien, let's try to make the events where we heard that Slade is on the loose (from red's post where Slade saw the headline of "SLADE STILL AT LARGE!") and we get to join Titans West, ok? )

with his mouth full of tofu Beast Boy was able to get out "dude...i'm eating!" he swallowed his food. "look, you have WAY too much obsession with slade." Beast Boy walked over to him, worriedly he said "come on, sit and eat" he smiled with certainty...then ffrowned seriously "i'll go after him. if anyone's comeing your welcome. except you robin." he looked him in the eye awaiting a response.

Beast Boy frowned at this statement. (I can't believe im saying this..but... Beast boy's right) "yeah..." he smiled "i am right, aren't i?" he looked back at robin, very seriously. "well? go rest" sets him down on the couch. "come on Rae" he knew she didn't like to be called rae, but he didn't care. he turned into a pteradactol and flew away.

(so... Robin stays while others get Slade? DX I thought it was gonna be the whole team... I mean... Nobody is left behind... But never mind.)

Beast Boy looked back at Raven. He knew she was thinking. something. but what? he needed to know, so he landed on top of a skyscraper, next to the town square. "hey rae, come here." he yelled up to her. this was going to be awwwwwwkwaaaaaard but he had to know. he had to.

he looked her in the eye signaling it was something serious. "do you like me?"

Slade and cinderblock made their way into the room where the machine part he needed was. As he strolled into the room, with Cinderblock in tow, he allowed his mind to drift to another time and place:

Slade and Wade had trained long and hard for what they were about to do. Having been training for months on end, they were finally about to accept their first mission as an elite core of assassins, trained by the best the government had to offer. In those days, Slade had just crested 19. Tall, thin, a boyish face, he was quite popular with the ladies when they were having down time. Wade on the other hand was taller than Slade, muscular, a brutish figure to behold. One could easily be confused as to who was the older brother and who was the younger.
The two boys stood before the General. Their mission was to go and take out a Guerilla general hiding in the forests. The boys were briefed and sent on their way
'Can you believe it Slade? Our first real mission!' wade whispered with excitement as the dashed through the woods 'I know, after all this time, we finally get some action!' Slade exclaimed as quietly as he could. Wearing a dark suit of amour, Slade felt like a ninja or something. For the first time, he got that pre-mission adrenaline rush. He could feel the energy, the excitement...
But that was the best it got. Almost immediately afterwards, a shot rang out. And another and another and another. 'Snipers! Get down, Wade!' Slade shouted. Wade leapt behind a tree as the bullets whizzed past. Slade on the other hand dove behind a boulder, and peered out to get a look. He could see three snipers- and their leader. What luck- they found their man quickly! Slade signaled for wade to go forward to attack and back him up.
But that is when it all went wrong. The moment Slade turned back, one of the snipers were right there- a weapon aimed at his face. Before Slade could react, the weapon was fired. Slade yelled as the projectile entered his face. As he fell to the ground, the other snipers joined this one as he leapt past Slade and headed towards wade. Slade staggered back to his feet, and drew his katana. As the snipers turned towards him, he cut down the one that shot him. However, Slade suddenly felt a sharp impact on the back of his head. Slade lost his balance and dropped to his knees. He turned to see the leader, holding a metal pipe in his hand. Slade felt the back of his head, and it was wet- it didn't take a doctor to know that he was bleeding. As the leader raised his weapon to strike again, a shot rang out and knocked one of the snipers on the ground. Slade knew it was wade giving him cover. About time. The Leader said something to the last remaining sniper in a foreign language, and took out a pistol. He aimed his weapon at Slade and loaded it, poised to fire. However, he did not realize whom he was up against, and Slade mustered his strength to sweep the leader's feet out form under him. The moment the leader hit the ground, he was out cold. The last sniper was taken out by Wade. Slade clutched where he had been shot in his face, not realizing it was his eye that had been injured. And now blood loss was catching up to him. The last thing Slade saw before he blacked out was Wade running towards him...

No, now was not the time to dwell on the past. Slade motioned for cinderblock to take his leave of him, and he smashed a hole in the ground to escape. Slade snatched the valuable part from the podium it rested on, and came out the way he entered.
When he finally got outside and made his way to the top of the nearest skyscraper, he saw a pair of figures talking...

"hey!" Beast Boy yelled. he chased after her. "answer me!" he chased after her. he was looking her in the face as a pteradactol. even though he showed no emotion she knew what he was asking. "im not asking for a relationship." he thought. "i just want to know."

he landed and turned into a human. "fine. we'll talk about this later." he opened his comm. "anyone there? we got slade! if you can get here...GET HERE!" he looked at Raven as he closed his comm. he hugged her and flew down to combat slade.

Totalling the afrtermath of Slade and Robin's prior battle at the power plant, Cyborg realized he was indeed too late. He had to pick up the pace now. Doubling back towards the T-car, Cyborg took a shortcut and hoped he was going the quickest way. Before Cyborg drove off from the power plant, He noticed footsteps. Two pairs of footsteps running adjacent to each other. One pair no bigger than his own cybernetic feet. The other almost half the size of a bmw. And he concluded wherever Slade was, he was not alone....But Robin is.

Cyborg was able to get a trace on Slade's whereabouts. He was not heading towards Robin. That was a relief. But he was within 12 yards of Beast Boy and Raven. That was NOT a relief. Cyborg stepped on the gas with such force he thought for a split second his foot would penetrate the floor of the T-car.

Slade saw them doing something- was it hugging? Odd...
Nonetheless, they qucikly caught on that they were not alone, and they took fighting poses. Raven prepared her shadow atack, and beastboy had a morph readied. Slade reached back and drew his staff. He twirled it at high speed, and took a leap above them, darting straight down at the titans below him, like a hawk at it's prey...

Beast Boy turned into a Lion and started to swipe at him, but slade was too agile so he figured fight fire with fire. "YAAH!" he yelled as he turned into a cheetah, jumped over his head and turned into a blue whale.
