he looked at her. "Raven...i...i've always liked you...i may not have shown it but...well, it's hard to explain...i love you...and i dont care if you were destined to kill us all, i would still love you...and the way your so dark, mysterious, and...well...it's just so...hot!...i've always shown you affection...signs...and such...like on val yor's ship...

*flashback*
(on Val Yor's ship.) (it's the eisode 'troq') *hugs raven* "see you shouldn't be so negative..."
*FB end*

"always..." he said before giving her a smile

Finally, Star woke up. Ugh I really don't feel well she thought. She sat up and looked around silently.

"don't feel that way." he turned her face and started to lean in...

(i WAS going to wait for this but she just SET-ME-UP FOR IT!)

Beast Boy was heart broken...he fell to his knees and started to cry. he ran out and into an alley...where he cried himself to sleep..."Why?..."

Robin looks at the shocked Starfire she holds her head. Robin, startle, nearly jumps out of his bed. Papers, photographs, and newsprint are sent flying in the air. "Starfire! Are you okay? What's wrong?" Robin tries his hardest not to leap out of his medical bed and fly over to Starfire, his worry for his, teammate and best friend sky rockets.

beast boy awoke a few minutes later. still crying. in an alley. soaking wet from his tears and alley moisture. he didn't care. he walked home. his arm was numb still but he did not feel like joking. AT ALL! as he walked into the front door of titans tower he looked around for raven...nothing. he went to the living room and looked.

Starfire looked at her worried friend. She didn't want Robin to worry about her, especially not when he was so badly injured. "I... I do not know." She finally said. " It is probably nothing.." But deep down inside Starfire knew something was wrong, that she wasnt normal. She was never this weak.. never. I want to tell him, but I just do not know if right now is a good time. Perhaps if I wait.. Who knows? I might get better. She thought.

"Are you sure Star?" a worry wrinkle formed between his brow, "We could get Cyborg to at least check you out. I mean, I know your people are durable, but still." Robin couldn't stand looking at her so injured. But again he wasn't sure, Starfire wasn't communicating with him, he had had problems with that in the past and that was the only thing Robin didn't like about Starfire. When she would constantly hide for the sake of the rest of her team worrying.

Cyborg's head throbbed. Not from the blow that was delivered from an unexpected blindside from Cinderblock, but because his half robotic brain was racing to its limits to calculate a cure as he researched all the info he had of matters like poisinous gases and hazardous materials. His friends needed him, and there was no way he could let them down. But so far, Cyborg was unsuccessful in finding an antidote for Starfire and Robin's illness.

Except for....No....of course not, Cyborg shrugged off the thought. He couldn't do that....he CAN'T do that. It was....despicable.

But if all else fails....

This was a matter of life and death. For now, it seemed the latter would be the dominant....no matter what he did.

Starfire sighed Oh great.. he is worried about me. "Yes, I want Cyborg to see if I am okay." She finally said as she clenched her fists, her head was REALLY starting to bother her. "Because right now, I am in pain.."

"Cyborg," Robin was in a concerned and serious tone, "can you check out Starfire? She's in pain and neither of us knows what's going on" Robin, more concerned than ever, wanted to know if Cyborg could help at all. He felt mixed emotions of going after Slade as soon as possible and the condition of Starfire. "I mean, if you're okay Cyborg, you took a thrashing yesterday."

As the Tanker rumbled down the road on the outskirts of steel city, Slade took a deep breath and began to focus his mind on what he had to do. With the final part to his machine, he could finally find HIM. Sixteen years it had been since HE tore Slade's life in half, and put him on the path of criminal mastemind that he was on now.
But still, HE was not the only one that wrecked his life- Slade did a number on it himself...
No, now was not the time to wallow in the foul stink of his past- now was the time to take action, and maybe get some of his life back.
After the tanker got closer to the city, Slade leapt off of the tanker, and vanished into the shadows of the city's outskirts...

Beast Boy, still crying, layed on the couch. he KNEW Raven was in the tower. but where? then a thought. not in the tower...but ON the tower. he *still sobbing* ran to the roof, steeping loudly and on purpose. he wanted an answer.

Beast Boy saw something move as he made it. then hit the wall actually cracking it. "WHY!?" he yelled into the night sky. (quieter)"why..." he knew what had to be done. well it didn't HAVE to be done...but he knew it was for the best...at least for now. he walked to the kitchen and scribbled a note, taped it to the window and walked out the front door...without another word. "why?".....

(before people get mad, i told her to post what that note said.)

Beast Boy, now near the warehouse district, decided it was time. he pulled out a small computer chip and put it on him under his shirt. suddenly he glowed blue. and was in tan skin color. he looked like a normal boy. he left for the night. rented a motel, and slept almost instantly...after a minute he started to cry and mutter the only word he has sinse raven flew off...



"why?"

Slade stood atop one of the many tall industrial buildings that adorned the steel city skyline. Because of all of the bright lights, only the moon and a few stars were visible. A still, cold breeze was blowing, and one could hear the sound of a helicopter high overhead. Slade closed his eyes for a second and let his mind wander...

[this is directly after the scene I mentioned earlier, where Slade and Wade fought the snipers]

Slade slowly roused himself from his sleep. The first thing he noticed as his opened his eyes was that something was... off about his sight. What had happened again... oh yeah- the ambush by the snipers. Slade reached his hand over the right side of his face to confirm what he had been afraid of- his right eye was gone. Great. Just great.
At that moment, a doctor walked in. 'Ah, Wilson, Glad to see you awake so soon. I was afraid you were going to go into a comma. Not a lot of people wake up only a few hours after that kind of action.' The doctor explained. 'So, now what?' Slade groaned. He was still smacked up pretty good, and since his injuries were still fresh, he found moving difficult at best. Out of the corner of his remaining eye, Slade saw the doctor pull out a hypodermic needle of some kind, and he walked over to Slade. 'Mister Wilson, would you be interested in testing a new type of medical drug? This procedure is entirely voluntary, but should you say yes, you would be properly rewarded.' the doctor asked. Slade pondered this for a second. 'What is this new drug supposed to do?' he asked. 'The researchers believe it will increase resistance to Veritaserum and other truth-inducing drugs.' The doctor replied. Slade shrugged. 'Fine, might as well.' he stated. 'Are you sure you are up for it in your condition?' the doctor asked. Slade thought about it for a second. Just a little injection- how bad could it be? 'Yeah, I'm cool with it.' Slade said. Without further ado, the doctor shrugged his shoulders and injected the material into Slade. However the moment the needle pulled out of Slade's skin, that is when it happened. His vision suddenly Sharpened- he could see every stitch of fabric in the Doctor's scrubs. He could hear men outside, talking about there jobs back home- but how could that be? the walls were nearly a foot thick! And then, Slade felt something odd- something dropped off of the back of his head- a scab. fearing he had re-opened his injury, he reached his hand back- and it was dry. no blood. The injury was practically gone. Slade Look at himself in bewilderment. 'You okay, kid?' the doctor asked. 'How are you feeling?' the doctor asked, concern in his voice. Slade looked at the Doctor, and told him EXACTLY how he felt.

Beast Boy, now in his new black jumpsuit, with a full face covering mask, ran down the street, and entered the park. he spotted an old woman. perfect, and helpless he thought. he ran up, stole her purse and ran off. "hey" she said as he ran off with the purse.

He stopped dead in his tracks knowing how obviously he'd been caught. he activated Cyborg's voice disguiser. in a very different boy's voice he said, "oh crap...um..." he looked at her. angry, and ready to strike. he pulled out some of Cy's tech, a big circular looking thing. he threw it at raven, constricting her for a moment. he knew he only had a moment before she phased through so he ran into an alley, and hid in a dark corner. "please let me have lost her."

he only stared at her and sighed. he dropped the purse, said "sorry" and walked off. hopefully she would leave him alone. afraid she wouldn't...he started to run...

he walked into his apartment. "come on beast boy, how are you going to pay for the apartment?!" he layed on his bed. "soo tired..." he got up and put his mask back on. "better keep doing this until i get 12$" he jumped out the window and ran off.
-10 minutes later.-
he entered his apartment. "alright. 54 bucks! and al robberies undetected. but...why aren't i ashamed? i should be..." he looked at himself. "i am...stealing from kids and elders...well...i can't come crawling back a few hours after i left...that'd be just pathetic" he looked at his apartment. "guess this is me." he put on his mask "...for now." he ran off to the east areas. (the 3 computer chips area)

he stared at her and sighed. "i live alone, my mom and dad are dead, i need some money, i'm too young to get a job." he said very quickly. then pulled off his mask to reveal Beast Boy's disguised face. a normal boy. he kissed her, put his mask back on and ran off, leaving a note. "from a friend" he said before running off.

the note read "do not look for me...you won't like what you find. - BB"

"Beast Boy was a hero" he said to himself "a good guy. but now...AH! why did i do that! she probably knows now." he said. "she needs to know..." he knew what he had to do. he ran to the nearest bank, and used Cy's knock-out gas on a security guard. he figured that, that would raise the alarm at titans tower...

"please let her come to me."

"and i've got you right where i want you" he quickly threw an electrical net at her. it started to drain her energy. as she was knocked out he dragged her back to his apartment, took her out of her net, put her on his bed and waited for her to awake...

beast boy still in disguise set a pill and a glass of water next to her. "we need to talk." he took off his mask. then he took the chip off his chest to reveal Beast Boy's face. "...rae..."
