Dragon Cave RP

"Where else? If we can at least get to the ocean, we can get him to heal ." He said, keeping his mouth shut about the comemnts. He used to be a pirate, didn't mean he had the jolly roger parked somewhere.

Zhiev was running to town as quickly as possible, which, after running away from dozens of bounty hunters, was pretty fast. Once he was there he scouted around to find a blacksmith. On his way he noticed someone passing by with a large group of cloth, among them a robe not unlike his own. He sneaked the robe out and snuck a coin into the bundle.

He found the blacksmith and had snuck inside; swords everywhere...but also small with someone working at the forge. He remembered he had to fix his sword anyways, he showed the man the sword and after a bout of haggling and arguing, he eventually went to work on it. Using this as a distraction, he snuck over to the weapon racks. Eventually he found a sword as close to Adela's old one that he could find. Sneaking the sword into his robe to conceal it, and taking his sword and thanking the man, he stepped out. Where he saw Reht.

Reht noticed Zhiev around the same time Zhiev noticed him.
"Hey!" Reht yelled with a malevolent grin as he walked over to him and gave him a hard clap on the back, causing the sword he was stealing fall to the ground.
"What's that for?" he grumbled. Zhiev glared at Reht from underneath his cowl.
"Nothing." he grunted as he picked the sword up.
"How's Adela?" he growled, almost happily.
"Perfect..." Zhiev muttered, walking away.
"Come on, I didn't make you feel too bad killing her did I?" Reht laughed.
"Killed her...? What?"
Reht gave him a strange look.
"She is dead, isn't she?" he growled, now almost evilly. He was pulling out his sword and looked like he was about to dart into the distance.
"Uh, yeah." Zhiev said.
"I don't trust you. I'm gonna go drive this sword through her heart..." he growled.
"Look, Reht...they left already."
"Bring me to them then." Reht growled. Zhiev hesitated, but started walking. Shade however, had been long gone since before Zhiev even noticed Reht.

Zhiev, although leading Reht somewhere, wasn't leading him to the camp, naturally. Of course, Reht wasn't stupid and would figure out the right way eventually. Reht was threatening to kill Zhiev if he did anything misleading every six steps or so.

Shade landed, or crashed, into Winter, becoming his shadow quickly, and whispered the where abouts of Reht quickly to him.
"What?" Winter said, completely surprised and slightly worried. Shade just facepalmed.
"This is why we're opposites...we need to talk later." was all he said as he stood next to Winter and smiled.

are you okay?" wolf wondered as he asked Sierra. "That didn't take too much out of you did it?"

"Dosen't matter- if we can get tot he watter, he'll come to us." Canderous said. He knew how to get Akamia to come, so if they could just get to the water, the rest was easy.

Canderous carefuly led the two away towards a waterway. A normal person would have had a hard time finding it, but Canderous's ability to detect nearby liquids in volume, he didn't have a very hard time of that. As they got there, Canderous walke dover to the water and shouted obscenities at the ocean,a nd sure enough, the massive form of Akamia rose out of the water and gave his human servant a whack with a monsterous water-ball. "So, what do you need me to do THIS time?" The seadragon asked.

"Look Reht, we've been here before; can't I buy you away?" Zhiev mumbled.
"I'm not leaving so easily now." Reht replied in a grunt.
"How about a head-start?"
"You'd have to pay quite a bit."
"Fine. This is what I have, judge from there." Zhiev said, showing what money he had.
"A day. At most." Reht growled, knowing that a day wasn't very much time for him to lose.
"Any chance for two?"
"Twelve hours." Reht grunted, grabbing the pouch of coins and walking away a few steps, watching where Zhiev went. Zhiev sighed and walked back to the camp, keeping an eye on Reht as he walked. He made it back to camp to only see everyone gone.
"Where is everyone?" he asked Shade.
"Went to some magical snake in the ocean, it seems."

I waved my hand airily to dismiss the question. "Of course not," I said. It was mostly the truth; then again, if it had taken what I considered to be "too much" out of me, I'd be unconscious or worse by this point. The entirity of the truth was that it really had taken quite a bit out of me. But Wolf didn't need to know that. So I didn't say it. Instead I just shifted the guard on my arm and added, "Are you strong enough to travel, or do we need to stay here for any longer?"

Lynn muttered something to herself aloud as she leapt into the sky and flew off after Canderous, Delano, and Adela. There was no way she was going to end up alone again. Upon second thought, however, she slowed her pace slightly. No use rushing and exhausting herself... and perhaps if she hung back there would be a way to make certain she wouldn't get left back again.

Yes I am strong enough to travel..is there someplace you need to get to?

"Nowhere in particular," I said casually, stretching and trying not to show just how weary I was. "I just figured it might be wise to move somewhere a bit more sheltered. All things considered."

"Please, I could do such a simple job in my slumber:" Akamia said, and lifted a wing-like fin out of the arm. A pale silver glow eminated from his hooked claw, and the injuries healed far more rapidly than Canderous's own ability. "See? So simple, I trained a human to do it." He said sarcastically.

Akamia made a 'bow.' "I suppose you all ought to continue to get people to your side for the war you were all planning, hm?" Akamia asked.

Right..we should go before anything else happens." wolf replied.

"Quite welcome." Akamia said, and he vanishe dback into the ocean. Canderous turned to Adela. "So I take it we go and look for the others now, right?" He asked.

(Oh, my God, I hate my browser. --; Now I have to try and remember what I'd just tried to say. Something along the lines of, I made some changes to my character profile and would anyone mind looking at it and giving me some feedback and telling me if that's okay or not? Since I added something I'm pretty sure I said at some point I wouldn't add, but that I felt I almost needed to be able to work with some of this... just want feedback before I reply again XP Please go through this time! No crashing Firefox!)

"I dunno, I gave up trying to figure y'all out." Canderous said with a shrug.

"Allways welcome." Canderous replied in true smartass fashion, taking a sweeping bow as he did so.

"Still trying to figure that out. I'll let you know when I find an answer." Canderous replied. "It's cuz' ya' madly in love." Astrid said in a 'don't fight it' tone, earning another waterball.
[I seriously keep forgetting about her....]

"Oh dun' be coy, woman." Astrid said to Adela. "You and m' brother are crazy in love. Deal with it." She said, wiping the water off of her face.

Zhiev, Shade and Winter all put confused faces on at the same time, hearing Delano's voice in their heads.
"You all hear that too?" Shade asked. Winter and Zhiev nodded. Uh, hello? Shade thought. What are you doing? And where'd you all go? We're back at camp still...

"Better a dork then the one at the top of every BOLO list." Canderous said, sticking his tounge out. Uppon seeing their squabbling, Astrid pointed at the two. "Y' only prove m' point." she said confidently.

"This coming from the chick who thought a stealing contest was a GOOD idea." Canderous shot back, crossing his arms and turning away. "Denail is the th' first stage." Astrid said, walking away.

"Oh, my apologies your majesty, next time you get beset by a monster with a flaming sword, you can have someone ELSE heal you." Candeorus snorted, expelling watter all over Adela.
