I didn't really think so. It was another one of those cliffhanger endings. Sort of like in the first game when the she popped up at the last second after you thought you were done with her and the game cut right to black. I'm interested in what it's going to mean for the third one.

I'm more of a Dead Space person when it comes to scary games :D

I haven't been on the forums for a while cause I finally played Modern Warfare 2.

Oh my word. I can't believe what happened in the campaign, and the online is to die for. If you don't have it yet (But if you're a living creature 9 out of 10, you already own a copy of it) I urge you, I implore you to pick it up.

I actually haven't bothered to get Modern Warfare 2 yet. One reason is that Activision disgusts me and I'm not looking to give them my money; which means if I get it, it will be a used copy. The other reason is that I don't get excited over most shooters anymore.

Yup. Thought the first one was creepier. But I thought the second was more polished. I actually enjoyed going online with it too and I'm not really a multiplayer kind of guy.

I have actually never even heard of Modern Warfare (1 or 2) but I assume by the name that I won't much like either since I dislike most realistic war type games.

I don't like the idea of something as real as war being entertainment. If I'm going to be going around shooting things or people I prefer my plots to be a little more out there and less something that could/did happen.

That's fair. Although, just saying, Modern Warfare 2's plot is definitely out there :D It may have modern weapons and such, it still is a little far-fetched; like, it's over-the-top crazy but it's really intense. kk I understand though

They've gotten to be real tools lately. Making a lot of frivolous lawsuits and all sorts of other things. Then there's Bobby Kotick, president of the company and all around prick. Also, they have a habit of running their franchises deep into the ground; like Guitar Hero for instance and what they're doing to the Call of Duty's.

They put out good games, but I don't feel right rewarding that kind of behavior.

They're Call of Duty games. The fourth Call of Duty was Modern Warfare. After it's runaway success, Modern Warfare has seemingly become it's own sub-franchise under the Call of Duty banner.

I'm with you on this to some degree, only one step further. I'm pretty much burnt out on realistic war shooters in general, no matter what era they're based on. It doesn't help that such games have been a constant presence in gaming for well over a decade now nonstop and thusly been run pretty dry.

I don't, but considering Sponge likes to put on womens clothing and hang around in bars, it's possible he wears pink undies.
