Return of the Saviors no more.

This is the sequal to the previous rp "Saviors no more" which i am hoping to recreate. And for all who dont know who i am, my old account was Shadowtitan97 (or Shadetitan97, i cant remember) so here is all thats required for starting a character. If you were in the previous Saviors no more, then please just state your characters name and if i remember them i will automatically allow them to re-join the RP. Here is what is required for new people

The story is, if you remember the old story, Slade and his bots took over the world, but the OC's created previously attempted to resist, so after their failed attempt they each went into hiding once again, which also includes my old character, Shade.

Name: Ilia Shane
Age: built about ten years ago, but appears to be in her twenties.
Hair: Dyed black and cropped short like a boy’s hair
Eyes: one orange with a blue contact over it, one has an eye patch over it in place of the old metal plate
Height: 5’5
Attire: Whatever civilian clothes she is in the mood for- she doesn’t wear her combat attire anymore and even removed her arm blades.
Powers: She retains the ability to control the moisture in the air to form ice, but she seldom uses it. She had most of her android systems de-activated to live a normal life, but she could re-activate them if she had to. She is still programmed with dozens of fighting styles.
Strengths: Being an android, she can endure punishments that would kill most people. She also does not need food, water, or air to live. She is immune to all poisons and is unaffected by mental attacks. She still possesses the serum cure weapon.
Weaknesses: She is self conscious and goes to great lengths to hide her android identity. She also must charge occasionally to be at her fullest. She perceives herself as weak.
Attitude: Pessimistic in nature, she thinks little of herself or her abilities. Nonetheless, she will go to lengths to help others in need.
Bio: Born a MELD drone of the first Ilia Shane, she was one of many puppet drones used by Slade. However, chance encounter with Hotspot, a friend of the first Ilia, She was taken from Slade’s iron grip with the help of him and a few other superheroes. She then assisted the heroes and even revealed the location of the cryptic Forge, Slade’s superfactory. However, she watched the heated combat cause injuries and the death of her friend, being repeatedly shredded by the shadow, and after loosing the fight in Bludhaven, she decided she wouldn’t be re-involved in that kind of bloodshed or be personally injured like that ever again. She hung up her weapons, got a normal job and apartment, and has enjoyed living a normal life thus far. However, deep down is still the original freedom fighter, if you look hard enough……

alright looks good heres some basic stuff about Shade
Name: Shade

Hair: Previously brown with bangs but now shorter with grey hair (like my profile pic)
Eyes: Shade has deep purple eyes
Height: 6.3
Attire: Wears all black clothes normally but when dressed for combat, wears a black cloak as well which covers most of his face.
Powers: Shade has the ability to manipulate and generate darkness from any shadow or form of darkness, including thoughts. Shade can also summon his main weapon in combat, a Scythe made entirely out of dark energy.
Strengths: Because of shade's dark abilities, other dark abilities cannot effect Shade in any way. Shade has also trained in physical combat, reflexes, and trained with his scythe for the 4 years he has been in hiding.
Weaknesses: Shade can be easily weakened by light or a room with no shadows or other people in it.
Attitude: Doesn't show many signs of emotions unless angered, which when angered, his eyes turn black, as they used to when he was consumed by the syrum slade put into him, though over the 4 years, he has learned to control it.
Bio: Shade, once known as Kiba (japanese for "Fang") had no home and lived on the streets, often getting into fights with gangs and won in every fight. Until one day Shade learned of his power to manipulate elements of any kind. Once Slade discovered this ability, he found Shade and convinced him to take the syrum, claiming it would give him much power. Shade, by mistake with his powers, was immune to the syrum. Though the syrum ruined his ability to manipulate all abilities, the dark effects of the syrum gave him the ability to manipulate and create any kind of dark ability. Shade managed to escape and trained in hiding until Slade sent Kamica, another superhero effected with the syrum, to eliminate Shade. With the help of Hotspot, they were able to convince Kamica to leave Slade. After many attacks on Slade's army, the team became too weak to resist, At the same time Slade's army became more powerful. Defeated, Shade went into hiding in a small village, once again living on the streets, hiding from Slade and his robot army.

Kamica

Age: 24
Gender: Female
Hair: Chocolate brown with a dark blue streak through it. She's grown out her hair and no longer has bangs.
Eyes: Silver when using her powers, steel blue when she's not.
Height: 5'10
Attire: Red T-Shrit and a black bomber jacket. Black faded pants with no pant leg on the left side to reveal her robotic leg. She also has a faded gray boot on her good foot, and a small silver locker with a very, very old piece of paper inside.
Powers: Contorls all normal elements: Air, Water, Fire and Earth. But when infeced with the serum from the 1st SNM she gains darkness and light control. Can also make drawings come to life, but it drains her to the point of her blacking out for hours at a time and the creations never last long.
Strengths: Ranged attacks, and she has a hella of alot of will power.
Weaknesses: She's not as quick and in pratice as she used to be, making her close combat skills quite rusty.
Attitude: Kamica's attitude changes alot, she's happy and full of energy one mintue, grumpy and cold the next. She's quick tempered at times, but tries to be cool and reserved most of the time.
Warning! Long life story ahead!
Bio:Tessa Blade came from a long line of elemental mastering people, taught through the magic deep within their blood. She specialized in Aether, the mystical space element that was also called spirit. She wanted nothing of the power her family sought, so she moved and started a new life. She found love with a man named Slade Wilson. Though they never married, they had a child. As the child grew, Tessa could feel her power and locked it with a spell. One day Tessa left her child with her father, only to have the young girl get into her father’s experiment the Deathstroke Serum. Her powers were released and part of her brown hair turned aqua blue. When Tessa came home, she was so enraged she attacked Slade, who killed her on instinct. Before she died, Tessa wrote a note saying “Kamica I’m sorry” and used her powers to teleport her daughter away.
With that Kamica grew up in the small farm town of Echo with an elderly couple. After all, her mother had teleported her into the couples corn field. One day, she over heard her ‘family’ talking about how they couldn’t deal with having a ‘freak’ in their house any longer. So Kamica, 7 at the time, went to her room and drew out her anger as a tornado with a wicked smile. Echo was destroyed by a tornado, and Kamica learned of her powers.
Months later Kamica found herself lost in Jump City. A local gang leader, Wave, took her in and she became the Finns muscle. Throughout her years with the Finns, Kamica learned how to control her powers, and become a great pickpocket. At one point, the gang robbed a yacht. She was just about to leave with the Finns when the bombs someone had set up blew. Kamica heard screaming and ran back to save two kids. Little did she know that when they jumped into the water a shark was waiting. Kamica lost her leg and both of the kids.
The last night the Finns were together, they had a bank heist planned. Everyone was running off when the cops surrounded them. Only Kamica got away. That's when she was recruited by Slade and all on SNM happened. After all that, Kamica has started up a new gang around Bludhaven called "Black Serpents" or just The Snakes. They fight for freedom, are sometimes hired assasins, and comit petty crimes for kicks.

im really just gunna see where this goes like the other one went, but instead when problems happen were gunna decide as a group, not have 1 person decide something. i already have plans how to start it though. and btw when we start im gunna explain the landscape a bit more.

Well, I'd wager, since the RP was about ten years after the original TT, and this is a sequal taking place for years later, I'd say it's about the year 2024. From the previous RP, I'd wager that Slade runs a tight ship, patrols practically nonstop, a sharp curfew, standard dictor package. He did leave civilian luxuries in place, like Malls and such, revealing he's not dumb enough to make the people COMPLETELEY resent him. Nonetheless, this IS Slade,and once he decides he wants you, he'll plow down anyone in his way. The cities seemed mostly in normal condition, if you ignore the soldiers on every streetcorner.
That's time and economy, here's the biggest events thus far from the last RP:
First off, Slade lost a majority of his deciples. He was progressing to a bitter, insecure and untrusting individual by the end of the original SNM. The Shadow, some allmgihty sorcerer, implanted his son in the team and murdered Hotspot. Oh yeah, Trigon made a full return and razed the city of Bludhaven- it's not much anymore. Trigon is still allive, but in hiding.
Which leads us about to Landscape. Not much of a change, except for Bludhaven being a burned out battlefeild.
If I messed soemthing up or left something major out, let me know. Need anyhting else?

Last time Trigon surfaced, the sky was red, everyone turned to stone, and the buildings were all demolished.
Last time Slade took over a city, the sky was gray, the pallet was mainly monochromatic, and everyone evacuated the city.
Yet, Red says that everything is normal. So Trigon and Slade are ruling and everything is normal? Can people go on their daily business, any of my character's histories would not be affected in any way?
What do I picture here?

On the topic of Slade:
I think the foggy bit was more or less for just dramatic effect in aftershock, unless he owns some bigass fog machine. And on the evacuation, I doubt it's easy to evacuate the whole world, as Slade has some kind of global dictator thing going here.
As for Trigon:
He was in the RP breifly, I brought him in for a kick to see where it went, and he got his ass whupped by five year olds. Didn't really have time to set up him unleashing demons of the netherregions, turning the world to stone and unleashing the end of the world. As fun as that would have beeen. Beleive me, he isn't ruling squat right now.
As for character hsitories, well...... that depends on the character.

i was planning on making it like post-apocalypse, buildings are sort of run down but people live in them and stuff and do normal things, just that there isnt as much technology, such as cell phones and computers are rare to find.
