Teen Titans Web Comic

Well actually if you could please let's all see what's good and bad about it, the more we know. But of course if you feel too uncomfortable about it then you don't have to.

Well I'm just saying on a personal level, if its going to be back and forth critiquing it might be better to have it not broadcast, plus, spoilers!

Nah it's just yaknow, if I were throwing out ideas and someone literally had the job of telling me whats bad about them, I wouldn't like it to be public, especially if I disagreed and wanted to argue a point.

I was thinking a short one comic episode story to start, and then assuming all things go well, a series of 'episodes' that correlates to the main plot of the entire overall plot.

Maybe we should make either a writers forum, or a writers thread so we can get organized on this quickly?

So the first 'episode' can be a 'stand alone', which doesn't really connect with the entire plot, like a random episode, basically?(for example, lets say the main plot of the comic 'series' was a Starfire arc, but the first episode was not based on starfire, but was a mere episode where silky eats Raven's comminucator or something lol) THEN, after that, the rest of the episodes connect to form a season, based on starfire, but not EVERY episode, cuz not every episode in seasons 1-5 were on JUST one character.(Like season 4. that was based on Raven, but not EVERY episode had to do with just Raven, Like ''mother mae eye'' or ''overdrive'')

In short, do you guys want EVERY episode to do with the titan the season is centered on? Or do you want it centered around one titan, but with fillers and 'random' episodes?

And most seasons had a humourous episode just before the finale, sort of a 'breather' before things get tense.

I haven't had a chance to hear Crazy's concept idea's, or time for us to develop them into POWERHOUSES. Plus then the script will have to be written, which I'll then mess with again, then it will all have to be approved.

THEN THE ARTISTS GET TO START :D

But on a serious note, PM me crazy.

I take it we're doing this in Seasons, so we should get the major outlines done a few seasons at a time, so that we can be writing the next issue while the artists are drawing the current one keeping things flowing.

Cool stuff, cool stuff.. but for now I still don't have my computer so I can't draw anything yet. So until then no art, maybe one of the other lineartists to do the art as of now..

And so much still needs to be discussed. Such as will we be using new Titan models or the old ones from the show? Will this be taking place emidiately after the 5th season or will some time have passed? Will Robin be Robin or will he be Nightwing?

There are SOOO many possibilities for this web comic. Thats what makes hard some times to make a storyline- all the possibilities DX lol cuz u have to think ''Who will it be centered on? will it be an internal conflict or external? where does ''denounment'' take place? how many people will be involved in the plot? What will be their significance? Who will be the protaganist? antagonist? who is the Round Character? Flat character? Static character? In which episode will the climax to the season be? How does the resolution fit in? How will it end?

I sound like my ninth grade english teacher -_-

Though my job is merely making storylines, i need to make storylines that are easy enough for the lead script producer to make a script for and tie together with the rest of the season. Like if Robin breaks his arm or gets seriously hurt or something, he has to stay hurt in the following episode. It all has to carry out. There can't be any ''BB admitting his feelings for Raven, Raven doesn't say it back, then in the next episode there is no oddness between them what-so-ever.''

lol so there are maaaaaany things to consider. But i'll pm laughing_man tonight. I already have a concept. The hard part is getting it to flow so the season won't just be random episodes.

I have no idea about the scripts on comics but hey I've done several scripts for films and I believe that the easiest way to read scripts is in the celtx format.
