Robin looked at Raven, then at Slade. And he simply said "Azarath Metrion Zinthos."

Slade raised an eyebrow. "Oh, you meant htis thing:" Slade siad. He repeated the words, and levitated a nearby cup.

The entire team was astonished by this. This is definitely the Slade that they fought last night. "You really don't remember anything at all Slade..." Robin stated not really asking.

Starfire stared at Slade for a moment and then quickly asked "Uh.. Robin? May I speak with you for a moment?" Not giving him a chance to answer, she pulled him aside. "Robin, what are we going to do? I am not so certain I wish for the old Slade to return.. This one is much nicer, and he has no intentions on doing evil. As wrong and mean as it seems, I believe we should keep him like this.." She muttered, glancing up to make sure Slade or anyone else wasn't paying attention. They werent.

Robin sighed. "Well I don't believe there is any way to bring him back in the first place without killing Raven." Robin thought. "I think it'll be just fine leaving him how he is. He's really helpful and on top of that my arm is broken... don't you also want to go to Tameran? He could fill in for you! I think having a good Slade around is ... well good."

"Fill in for.. me.." She whispered, the hurt evident on her expression. She knew it was irrational to feel sad about this. But she couldn't help it. "Yes.. I believe it is good..too.." She said, looking down.

Robin realized the mistake he just made. "Oh nononononono! Starfire, what I meant was that if you're going to have leave us, we'd need someone else to help us out. Just as relief. You understand? No one will replace you Star..." Robin said apologetically.

Starfire looked up and nodded. "Yes.. I understand, thank you." She said with a smile.

Robin couldn't help himself, Robin hugged her. "Starfire. I mean it."

Starfire hugged him back, murmering "I believe you."

"Yea, yea warm fuzzys all around." Beast Boy said getting up. "So Slade is a Titan now?"

Slade made a time out signal wiht hsi ahnds. "Now hold up. I don't recall volunteering to be on your team in the first place!" Slade said, still rather confused.

Robin looked at Slade in a general pissed off look, he turned his attention to Slade. "We've proven that you're the same criminal we were after last night Slade. Something has happened to you, for the time being we'll give you our home to you in return for community service, i.e. Being a Titan for now. If you don't want to accept out offer I have four good Titans ready to take you down here and now." Robin was far from getting ready to crack jokes with Slade or Beast Boy. As much as he hated opening the tower to maniacle super villains, there wasn't much of a choice right now.

Slade was not amused. Granted, he appreciated them sharing their home wiht him, but the whole thing with threatening him was a bit over the line. But he still didn't trust the little masked weirdo quite yet- he needed more answers. There were parts if the story that he knew he wasn't hearing. Slade shrugged. "Fine, whatever, MASKED WEIRDO." Slade sighed.

"The name is Robin." he said glaring at Slade, still not liking him and making it evident.

'Why can't Wade ever ditch me in nice places like Vegas?' Slade thoguht as the Masked weirdo made hsi dislike for him apparent. "Whatever you say, masked weirdo." Slade said to Robin again. 'Maybe if I royally irritate him, he'll kick me out.' Slade thought evily.

At this Beast Boy laughed. When he saw Robin he shut up. "Sorry Robin, but he's got ya there..."

Starfire couldn't believe what she was about to say. "Slade.. We are not only doing this for you or our selfish needs.... I am leaving... and I do not know how long I shall be gone... or if I am coming back," she added. Starfire felt everyone's shocked gaze go to her. "Please, they need you to..fill in.. for me while I am gone." Starfire winced when she said 'fill in.' She hated the way it sounded.

Slade sighed. "Whatever, I'll do it- for now." Slade said, weary of the big production that everyhting had turned into.

[Do I still have Plasmus and the others?]

Starfire nodded and formed a small smile. "Thank you."

Robin was wide-eyed. Then fainted.

Starfire looked at Robin and sighed sadly. It wasn't a matter of her WANTING to come back. Or if she had to do something for Tamaran. Really, the problem was if she was going to survive.

Beast Boy tried not to laugh at Robin. Turning to Starfire he asked, "What do you mean, if I am coming back?"

"I.. um... well.." She didn't want to tell them what she was really planning. At least not until Robin woke up. "I shall tell you when Robin awakens."

Dizzy and in disbelief Robin woozied back up. He couldn't believe Starfire had said she might never come back. It was very temporary, his faint. But still none the less of a shocker... "What'll you do when Robin wakes up?" he asked.
