Yeah. I was always more of a fan of 70's metal, hence why I like priest more. The 80's were great for metal, but something just gets me about albums like Hellbent for leather and Paranoid.

For those of you who do not live in America, we have something known as the "Selective Service bureau," also known as the "Harass Snake Incessantly and Threaten Him with Jailtime Over Our Own Goddamn Mistake bureau."

Selective Service is the mandatory draft registration that all adult males aged 18 and above must undergo. I had to do this back in the spring, when I was registering for financial aid in preparation for my going to college. Thinking the matter over and done with, I got on with my life.

Back in August, I get a letter from the Selective Service informing me that I've not yet registered. Curious, I checked, and there it was--my confirmation that I had, indeed, registered. Not seeing anything more to do, I once again got on with my life.

Fast forward to the present day, where my financial aid is being denied, my immunization records are unavailable and the selective service is once again hounding me and threatening me with fines and jail time because I, apparently, still have yet to register for the selective service (and this is but the tip of the shitburg that is my life at the moment), and you've got one very irate Snake on your hands.

Hope you're wearing gloves. *chomp*

Hopefully that shitberg doesn't sink the Shitanic.

He did. But this takes place before the Blackest Night: Titans mini. She just showed up in said mini. The fact that we see her rise from her grave here places it before BN:T. We didn't find out anything about whether Brion survived or anything in BN:T, so he could be taken out all too easily here before she was waxed by Beast Boy there.

Indeed. Tore her to freaking shreds for being a decietful, manipulative, stone cold b*tch. Definitely one of the most awesome scenes I've seen recently.

Though Blackest Night and it's tie-ins have had quote a few awesome scenes in general.

Yeah, the art was pretty detailed. Which is a good part of why I liked it. It's no JH Williams III, but it's good all the same, so long as you can look past how cheesecakey his art can be.

It's also interesting to note that the artist saw fit to give her a shapely butt...

That's one of Ed Benes quirks as an artist. All the characters he draws are visions of perfection in regards to human anatomy. Even a corpse has a perfect ass, for crying out loud.

He also seems to have a habit of always going for the ass shot on the women.

I don't know, I only count one, maybe one & a half butt shots in those panels, but it is a rather limited sampling.

Butt-man or not, I'd still give a choice body part or two to draw like him.

Well, the pages I just posted are actually the work of Fernando Pasarin, an artist whom I don't believe I've ever seen work on a DC book before. So he's new to me.

If you ever watched Code Geass they do the same thing, but the thing is, like here, ya don't really notice it if you're really with the story.
