Statement: User Corvus 31 will now post outfit descriptions for characters.

Wraith: black, hooded cloak that conceals most of his body, only visible part of his body is his left hand witch has blood red l.e.d.s with a slight yellow tinge*hint,hint*. Always keeps his right arm covered by a glove, except while fighting.
also wears black steel toe boots.
Alighnment: Dirt evil
Powers: after finding a peice of alien technology that absorbed itself onto his cannon arm, it formed a purple sharp clawed hand with an amazing and terrifying ability. apon contact with a meta human, the claw allows wraith to use one of their powers with the exact same skill level (examples: slades regeneration).
Weaknesses: can only absorb one power every hour and cannot use a power to its full strength.
Age: 30

Cygnus/ Jerric Rouge: Blue and white armor with a blue high tech computer visor. also wears anti gravity boots. these boots are not powerful enough to allow flight but allows Cygnus to make tremendous jumps. blue eyes and brown hair.
Allignment: titan
Powers: superhuman speed. allows him to go at unnatural running speeds and even run across water if running fast enough. rapid punches, kicks and other fast attacks are also possible.
Age:15

Meltdown/ Grant Marcan: Yellow and black armor with a red biohazard and radiation symbol on his shoulders. black helmet with voice morpher to make his voice intimidating. virtually never takes off his armor for his own reasons.
Allignment: evil
Powers:element control. can control many hazardous elements from the periodic table. can create sulfur gas, uranium glove punch, etc
Weaknesses: voice morpher is acctually a breath assisting device, if broken he will start to suffacate.

Orchid/ May Rouge: Blue shirt with the words: stupid rasins! stay out of my cookies! on the front. blue cargo pants and red snakers. also fingerless gloves. long white hair and icy blue eyes.
Allignment: freelance
Powers: Born with the same powers as her father, Sirius, except her blasts are a bright orange.
Weaknesses: a bit too kind and trusting, this definatly makes her easy to trick and fool.

Like aligntment [good, bad, ugly, freelance, merc, titan, ect.], physiscal descriptions[hair, eyes, ect.]....... things like that.

And yeah, I think we've got enough titans. But none of corv's characters seem young enough to be titans anyways. from now on, I'd perfer all new characters to be freelance heroes and not new titans.

Moving on [everyone but YOU, karms. I still need your info o-O] I think it would be fitting to put the designated villains list. As all fo you probably know by now, everyone is going to have a particular villain harass them, Like Slade= Robin, Brother Blood= Cyborg, so forth and so on.

Uhm, I don't know all your plans, I don't know if you plan for Blight to battle with Batman or not, but maybe Lyan can have him. I mean if he's strictly a Gothamite then maybe not. But I just see Blight as a Batman Villain really..

Yes blight will be a villain, but he dosen't seem like the kind to go picking individual fights or singling out a titan- he's more the manipulative type to only dirty his OWN hands if the guns are aimed at him in the first place. In which case they won't be anything left by the time he's done XP

And I have plans that will put Blight in Metropolis, don't fret.

Seeing as how there are no objections, Time for another lil' spoiler: International heroes. Our missions are going to take us far and wide in NG, so I'd figure we'd meet heroes aroudn the world in our travels. If you wants to make a hero based in a foreign country to maybe become an honorary, that would be badass o-O

So wait you want us to come up with Chinese Super Heroes or something? What about the language barrier? Or would you prefer someone from England who speaks English as well?

All of the above. I suppose if you wanted someone in a foreign language you could copy 從一位譯者, or just post in a different color or have them bi-lingual or something.

But it's not a requirement to have a foreign hero though, just something for fun if you want to do it.

*er-hem* Moving on, seeing as how that last idea for international didn't gather ANY steam what-so-freakin'-ever, I have decided to just use Mercy's idea of making Blight Lyan's designated villain unless I think of someone better >_>

due to some changes I am aware of in DoK, I'm making some changes, most noticably to Izzy and the Wilson/Thompson family. I'll keep y'all informed of any major changes.

Bruce Wayne adopted several sons as his own and as Robin. The three we know best are Dick, Jason, and Tim. They have other biological brothers, namely Damian and Terry.

Dick has two daughters and one son. Nicole, Alice, and Bruce.

Nicole has a daughter, Cheyenne.

Nicole, Alice, and Bruce's uncles are Jason, Tim, Damian, and Terry.

Cheyenne [24] has an aunt: Alice [15] and her uncle is Bruce [8].

Not so bad right? Well....

Damian is dating Nicole. Nicole is Damian's niece making Damian Nicole's uncle. Nicole is dating her uncle.

Cheyenne is dating Terry. Cheyenne is Terry's grandniece. Terry is Cheyenne's granduncle. Cheyenne is dating her granduncle.

It's a messed up system, ain't it?

Here it is, the final revised list of heroes and their designated villains, plus a breif explanation:

Rex= Bass
bass killed Rex's friend in the events prior. Secretly, Bass feels remorseful about what he did, but he's too far down the hole to go back to being a goody two-shoes.

Cal and Can= Skull
Skull sees them as promising prospects to help with his dastardly plans, and also bears a grudge against their father.

Alice= Onomatopoeia
Onomatopoeia blames a particularly disgraceful punishment he received after lit. on his failure with Alice, and has been holding a bitter grudge against her ever since.

Casey= Falcon
Honestly, I don't think this one needs to be explained by now- Falcon attacked Casey's family savageley prior to the RP, and wants to finish the job.

Apollo= Dr. G
Doctor G sees Apollo's part demon heritage as soemthing to be dissected and analyzed, and is also blatantly abusive towards Ilia, whom is Apollo's love interest.

Lyan= Blight
With the radiation growing more intense then Derek Powers can handle, he is testing to see if Lyan is a possible candidate for a body transfer experiment.

Aure= X- Hale [Also Ravager IV while he is breifly corrupted]
Big bad X-hale seemed like the perfect person to antagonize Aure. X-hale isn't a dangerous murderer, just a villain out to make a livin'.

Izzy= The underground coliseums
Izzy's commintment to fighting on a level feild and not killing for greed or kicks causes him to expecially clash with the underground fight rings run by the renegade fighter, Rotweiler [formerly Chien. Chien sounded like a wussy name oPo]
