10-4 on that TDG, I'll work on whipping up something good for 'em.
Also, I'd like to get a tennative roster up and going just to get a vauge idea of what characters we all plan to be using. If you all could provide just a breif list of who you plan to use and maybe a quick sentence or two of bio for characters we don't know yet, I'd appreciate it. Don't worry, CSs will be coming later.
And speaking of rosters, If anybody sees Karms, let her know I'd love it if she could also join.

Ah, cool. (My apologies for the recent string of scarce logins, been having trouble with our isp untill recently)
But I recently have been having an epic mental battle on who our shadow-y puppetmaster character should be, and I'm torn between Slade or Brother Blood
Slade's big bad plan would be that he's orchestrating a massive arms deal to Markovia for their residentail dictator Baron Bedlam, and he's flooding the city with new villains to keep the titans off his tail and do his nefarious deal uninterrupted. A bit of an oldschool approach to it, I mixed in the idea for the unused Markovia mission that never saw light in the previous RPs.
I took a bit more of a differentl approach with Brother Blood, in which he's been secretly rebuilding the HIVE and putting local government officials into his pocket with empty promises of power in order to wrest control of the city from them. Most of the new villains he'd be pitting against our heroes would be new HIVE students.
I'd love to take Blood for a spin, but then again I'd love to try my hand at a significantly darker Slade. Any input? I'd love to hear everyone's train of thought on this one.

Gotta say Blood. Slade is used in most Rps, but Ive yet to see Blood. Besides, this would make way for Bumblebee to make a few guest appearances.

Brother Blood is really an untapped resource for the Titans. I feel he can be a really good change for us in general, as well as giving us a fresh start with a new, dangerous big bad.
Not to mention the HIVE is a good source of constant villany to combat the Titans.

Since it seems that the majority rules in favor of Blood, looks like our new goodies and baddies are going to be butting heads with everyone's most loathe-able cyborg cretin.
As such, I have come up with several students, as well as NPCs. Brother blood is in red, HIVE students are orange, City figures and police are in green, and Titans are in blue. More detailed CSs are in the works but here's the gist of it;

-As a Cyborg, he has enhanced physical abilities, including his own twisted sonic cannon and ability to interface with machines

-He is talented at mentoring others and has significant leadership abilities
Attitude: Charismatic and bold, he is dangerous but prone to his occasional goofiness. He expects nothing but the best from his disciples.
Attire: Red and black cybernetics

-As the headmaster of the HIVE, he has a vast network of resources at his disposal
-Also, having numerous politicians under his thumb, he has lots of political power
Bio: After his defeat at the hands of Cyborg, Brother Blood had little difficulty using his psychic powers to break out of prison and go underground, nursing the HIVE back to its former glory. Now that the HIVE is back to power, he’s been putting political bigwigs into his pocket, as he makes preparations for his newest plot.

Attire: A very dressy looking shirt, dress shoes and black pants with his hair slicked back. In short, it looks like his mom dressed him.
Attitude: He acts sweet an innocent at first, but in reality he is a little brat- he’s quick to go into a tantrum, in which he’ll use his drone to level everything in sight until he gets his way.
Paraphernalia:
-As a student of the HIVE, he is fully entitled to as much of their help and resources a student can receive.
-Destroyer Drone: The drone, built by HIVE scientists, is in the form of a large piranha. Equipped with flight capabilities and a whole lot of different weapons, it’s also solid as a tank and can smash through most obstacles easily. However, if Luke is over a hundred yards away, the Drone deactivates and becomes entirely harmless. If Luke goes back into range, he can resume control.
Bio:
Born into a middle class family, he always had issues with his temper to the point where he became completely unmanageable. His parents were duped by brother blood into sending to HIVE, where he not only managed to teach the boy how to re- direct his aggressive tendencies but discovered his dormant psychic abilities. He trained the boy how to control remote objects, and under Blood’s tutelage he quickly learned how to control the powerful destroyer.

Attitude: Collected and calm, he is perhaps a bit TOO calm and is often lazy or uncaring. However, he is also seemingly never frightened or discouraged, and once he’s got his sights sight on something, he tends to get it- at his own pace, of course.

-As he is a HIVE student, He is fully entitled to the benefits thereof.
-A small canteen of water, in case there is no readily available liquid to manipulate.
Bio: Born to a pair of bankers, His parents were both mauled when a super villain did the stereotypical move of robbing a bank. The two were too mauled to work for themselves, so Reuben had to turn to hiring himself out to others for the use of his powers. It wasn’t long until Blood discovered him and offered to train him- in exchange, Blood guaranteed that his parents would be set for life.

Bio:
Born to a hardworking immigrant family, her powers manifested at a young age. With his psionic abilities, Brother Blood convinced the two to send Avenel to the HIVE, where she was honed into an effective fighting force

Abilities; Although she has no powers, she has a slew of hidden gadgets and tools. Her body is her most effective weapon, as she is in peak condition and has trained in numerous styles under Brother Blood and the tutors at the HIVE
Attitude: Serious and devoted to the HIVE on an almost fanatical level. She is cold and steely to outsiders and not much better to those she trusts. She is the de- facto leader of her group of four.
Attire: Metal plated black combat suit with yellow accents and the HIVE emblem on her right shoulder
Paraphenalia:
-As an established and well respected HIVE agent and the de-facto leader of her group, she has more access to HIVE facilities and rescources, including her gadgets and weaponry.
Bio: Not even Brother Blood himself is sure of the details of her first years of life- as a child, she was abandoned in the streets to fend for herself. Starving, chased down by violent gangs and fearing for her life, Blood found the child and brought her to the HIVE. Now with a home and a purpose, she poured her heart and soul into being the ultimate soldier for him and the HIVE and will follow even the most insane commands without question. She earned the name ‘Spark’ due to the violent sparks her armor gives off when struck.

Paraphernalia: he’s an unfairly rich little man, and as the mayor of Jump city and an informant of the hive he’s rolling in dough.
Bio: He only got to the top by paying off all the right people. As shifty a politician as there ever was, Brother Blood deliberately manipulated events to get him into office to use him as a meat- puppet and practically run the city
Cheif Hood

Affiliation: Jump City chief of police
Abilities/ talents:
-He’s fluent in legal issues and the law
-He’s also a seasoned cop, so he’s good at detective work and self defense, as well as leadership capabilities.
Attitude: Rough ‘n tough, but he’s of sound judgment and a trustworthy guy once you get to know him. Has significant respect for the Titans but is leery of the new team.
Attire: Jump City science police uniform
Paraphernalia:
-Across from the standard science police equipment, as chief of police he also has special access to confidential files and government information.
Bio: Having grown up in Jump city all his life, he has been on the force for close to fifteen years now. He has worked closely with Nightwing/ Robin’s titans over the years, so he has respect for the team and what they mean to the city
Zero

-He has budding psychic powers and limited ability to read minds. But this is blocked when he is forced to wear his goggles
-Having been trained by Nightwing, he is able to hold his own in a fistfight
-He also has limited detective skills
Attitude: Optimistic and upbeat on the surface, underneath it he is very insecure and nervous. He is also a bit jumpy and easy to distract, which subtracts from his focus he needs for his psychic powers.
Attire:
Black body shirt, cargo pants and boots. Also wars a Green, cape- like jacket and a pair of heavily tinted Goggles.
Paraphernalia:
-Across from his communicator, uniform and civilian clothes, not much
Quirks:
-He can read his target’s mind flawlessly if he maintains eye contact with them. However, his eyes are photosensitive and he has to wear his goggles in the light, hindering this talent
Bio: Discovered by Nightwing’s team of Titans with no memories at the site of a large explosion, the team took him in and helped give him direction. Out of gratitude, he vowed to follow their example and join the new team of Titans

Now that all NPS character sheets are up, I'm ready to see everyone else's sheets. They don't need to be anything fancy since we know most of these guys by now, feel free to use the NPC sheets as a reference.

The Awkward Vassal

Appearance
Hair- Long, wavy pale blonde hair that is always seen in a high pony tail. Her bangs are parted to the side, framing her face.
Height- 5’1"
Weight- 110lbs
Eyes- Blue
Skin- Pale peach.
Attire
Formal- None
Casual- Arkham inmate jump suit.
Costume- The costume can be described as a mish mash of different suits cobbled together to make one monochromatic mess. On the right side the suit is mostly black, puffing out into a zoot suit like shoulder line, the sleeves on either side taper down to just above her wrists, the gloves on both hands are black and white, black on the right, white on the left. The lower half of the top tapers down into a swim suit like design that exposes her hip bones. The cuffs on her right side are white with a black cuff link; the left side is the opposite with black cuffs and a white cuff link. The left side of the top is basically a cut off white version of the right. Four silver buttons adorn the front of the black side of the top, which makes up the majority of the top. The bottoms consist of a monochromatic platted mini skirt; her shoes are old styled and opposites, black and white on either side, including her socks. She wears a black domino mask to hide her identity. Underneath her top she wears a plain white dress shirt and a black tie.

Physical Abilities
Experienced Kick boxer- Mame was taught in the Pradal Serey style of kick boxing which originates in Cambodia. It does not include core techniques or a system that emphasizes footwork, like in Muay Thai. Instead, it focuses more on winning a bout. It is well-known for its kicking technique, which generates power from hip rotation rather than snapping the leg, Pradal Serey consists of four types of strikes: punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes. The clinch is also used to wear down the opponent. Compared to other forms of South Asian kickboxing, Pradal Serey emphasizes more elusive and shifty fighting stances
Physical Endurance- Her life has led her down many tough roads, all of which a strong constitution for pain was required, she learned from a young age to mask her pain with positive reactions. After many years of pain and severe injury, Mame is near immune to pain.
Mental Abilities
Apathy- her inability to feel when it comes to specific things helps her maintain some form of structure and stability. She doesn’t particularly feel for the lives of others, mainly people she doesn’t know or recognize as important. She can do many dirty jobs because of this without it leaving any trauma.

Weaknesses
Human- She is human so she cannot withstand anything that over steps the bounds of regular mortals, she cannot breath in space or underwater and isn’t resistant to extreme heat or cold. Also she is only measured on the normal human scale of strength and wouldn’t last in a physical brawl against metahuman strength for very long.
Disorders and Phobias
Addiction- Mame has a highly addictive personality and craves stimulus on an unnatural scale. The things she can become addicted to vary although substances such as drugs or alcohol aren’t on the list. People, sounds, tastes or sensations are usually what she latches onto and she can get caught on these things, seeking out ways to recreate them for the stimulation they bring, when allowed to continue it can spiral into an obsession that can deteriorate her physical wellbeing.
ADD- Mame suffers from ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder) She has trouble focusing on multiple things at once and struggles to maintain her trains of thought. The signs of it include zoning out even in mid conversation, extreme distractibility which does not allow her to focus for very long, she can also struggle to complete tasks no matter how simple they may seem.
Adjustment Disorders- Mame also suffers an adjustment disorder which consists of her having maladaptive, or unhealthy, responses to stressful or psychologically distressing life events. As such she can respond in a few ways, she can shut down, she can become violent, or she can rarely get over said event.
Methyphobia- Fear of drinking alcohol.
Pharmacophobia- Fear of medications.
Categlophobia- Fear of being ridiculed.
Athazagoraphobia- Fear of being forgotten or ignored.
Impulsive disorders- Because of her many disorders and personality flaws she has grown accustom to doing things randomly and quickly in order to cope with her fears and anxieties. The disorder takes form in stealing and lying. This results in her having many stolen knick knacks that she doesn’t understand or cannot remember why she stole it, she is also easily caught in her lies as she doesn’t keep track of things she has said in the past, and contradicts herself frequently. She has a very gung ho way of doing things and more often than not will do something before really thinking about the consequences.
Strengths
Sociopathic- In Gotham City, one has to be able to cope with the mentally unnatural and disturbing. Mames apathy towards death or physical pain of others allows her to experience these unnatural and disturbing events with any mental or emotional scars.
Resourceful-Even if her impulsive nature doesn’t allow her to calmly exist in normal situations, in combat she is capable of thinking quickly and using whatever she can find to better her chances of success. She is not nearly as experienced in this as others and could hardly be called a female MacGyver, but her ability to use anything as a weapon or a tool could not be called anything short of impressive.
Fighting experience- Mame has been taught in the art of kick boxing and is very talented in it. She has gained the strength that comes from training vigorously.
Personality
Mames personality could be described as fast paced and relentless, she is hyper happy one moment, then hyper kill you the next. She isn’t so much a homicidal maniac (like her fellow inmates) but more willing to do whatever it takes to further her own wants. She can be very selfish and self-centered, struggling with the concept that the world doesn’t revolve around her and things that make her happy. But she has been known to do good for the sake of some lingering feelings of good and the desire to assist justice. She was never diagnosed with bipolar disorder because her hormones and internal chemicals do not drop to lows and highs, she is simply hyper sensitive to many things and reacts drastically to everything. When asked why she would not take medication for her ailments, which could easily allow her to function like an average individual she would say ‘ I hate how it makes me feel’ She has grown addicted to her own way of thinking and gets a buzz alone from her sporadic crazed trains of thought. She has a severe family complex and will thusly name any female or male ‘mommy’ or ‘daddy’ based off of whether or not they make her happy and how long she interacts with them. She also takes a fancy to masochism as pain is very stimulating.
History
Auguste McCorvic was born to Bryant McCorvic, a struggling classical actor and Ferda McCorvic, a compulsive gambler and alcoholic. Her parents were not only lacking in every positive quality of a parent but her mother also was in deep with the Irish mob. It was a wonder she made it out of babyhood, her mother was very physically abusive to her weaker father and Auguste.
When she reached toddlerhood where she could talk and comprehend others, she was very hyper active and would repeat actions in hopes of getting stimulation from it, but she was also quickly bored and would throw tantrums in order to get attention from her parents, negative or positive. She of course was suffering from her ADD and impulse problems, but her parents merely diagnosed it as her being mentally retarded.
In order to spare themselves her incessant babbling and pestering they would ignore her completely, not making eye contact or giving into her pleas and sometimes destructive behavior. However when drunk her mother would lose her temper and beat Auguste, only exacerbating the behavioral problems even more so, leading the child to believe that physical pain was connected to attention, and therefore a good thing.
After a while Auguste father managed to tabulate enough money to take his daughter to get diagnosed by a doctor, although it was a cheap unofficial doctor who gave them medications that would ease the child’s symptoms. Instead it made her very ill and numbed her entirely. She hated this and getting her medicated was a fight that usually resulted in beatings, which was confusing for her as she was getting mixed signals, she was getting attention but in a way she did not like, which she couldn’t comprehend.
After an incident where her mother forced the drugs on her and nearly forced Auguste to overdose, her parents gave up the drugs, mostly because they couldn’t afford it and didn’t want the attention if their child died.
Auguste was never allowed to attend school and was taught by the television, where she first caught sight of the super criminals of Gotham. Her favorite channel was always the news, her favorite characters, The Joker, Two face and Summer Gleeson. She began concocting a new persona for herself in order to imitate the stimulating sensations she would gain from something as simple as the sight of one of Gotham’s villains. She kept this a secret however, the persona Mame would not surface until much later.
When she was about 6 years old the mob had become fed up with her parents’ inability to pay off their debt. They became a liability and the boss of the mob, one Mason O’Feir personally wanted to perform the hit as Ferda used to be one of his girls back in her youth, in his mind she deserved to get off’d by someone a bit better than some random lackey.
Boss Mason and three of his men arrived at the house and blindsided the family, breaking into their home unannounced and after a quick round with Bryant all three McCorvic’ were restrained and given a nice little pep talk by the boss before he shot and killed Ferda.
Mason was not however without mercy and took pity on the distracted babbling child, although he was amused by her lack of concern for her safety and the death of her mother, he found her cooing irritating. He had her untied and taught her then and there how to shoot a gun, helping her commit her first murder, which was the death of her father.
After this, the mob cleaned up the scene and Boss Mason took in the mentally unstable child. She was brought up within the large family of the Irish mob. Given a type of rigid structure she had never had before, educated in a foreign form of combat and properly cared for by her new family she soon worked out of her frequent temper tantrums and destructive behavior.
Even with the new structure however she was maladjusted and struggled with new people and concepts, clinging to faces she knew and becoming a sort of recluse. She served the mob as a lackey for a long time, working within a select group of members who closely interacted with Boss Mason.
She was very vocal about wanting to become a costumed criminal and upon turning 15 she had her chance. Mame found her attention drawn by a mysterious bounty hunter Boss Mason had hired to track down one of the Irish Mob’s many loan shirkers, and a particularly well connected one at that. Javelin was different, which frightened the young mobster, but at the same time she was inevitably drawn into what he was.
Mame had never seen a meta before, and was instantly romanticizing him and his wandering lifestyle. Slowly she began to obsess over wanting to be like him, Javelin seemed to live exactly the life Mame wanted for herself. After Javelin was paid and left, Mame managed to stow away on transit with him and wound up in Jump.
Due to her various phobias and adjustment disorders, Javelin was the most recognizable thing and thusly she stuck to him like glue. Eventually they struck a deal and teamed up, at least until Mame could convince Boss Mason to send someone to get her, or she could get Javelin to take her back himself.

Origin
Lance Turner was sent to a Catholic Boarding School when he matured to the young age of 15. Though the Boarding School was only a disguise to a human labor trafficking regime. He was constantly on the move, making a small group planning an escape. He wasn’t sure if his parents were looking for him or if they had set this up, but nevertheless, he escaped when he was 20, killing with his metaphysical abilities. Ever since he found out how well he was capable with his powers of intimidation and murder. He used it to his advantage and became a Bounty Hunter, taking in jobs he worked his way through the states and eventually Gotham City where he was taking in the biggest job of his career so far. Determined to find his parents to either reunite with them, or take out his anger and frustration on them, his mixed feelings urged him to pursue on his journey.
Unfortunately, on his way to another job from his Gotham City intimidation, he encountered—as far to his knowledge—one of his employer’s children: Mame. Not wanting to abandon her, yet not wanting to care for her either, he struck a deal and they teamed up.
