Cara nodded but didn't reply. They walked into the med. bay to see Karmy lying on a bed and 2 girls talking beside her. Then one of the girls spoke to Cara. "Hello, and yes.. I do not believe we have met before." She replied with a smile while shaking the other girl''s hand. She saw the other girl wince and realized how cold her hands were. "Oh! I'm sorry, my hands are kinda cold.. well I guess its a small price to pay for having ice powers.." She said with an apologetic smile

Zero was genuineley unimpresed. Stoping the bullets with his power, he suspended htem in mindair this time instead of droping them. 'Finished?' he asked. 'What's the matter, didn't soil your hands with enough blood? You two and your partner Nightstalker didn't get 'ya hands dirty enough by knocking over skyscrapers and atacking the injured!?' Zero said, letting the reigns off of his temper. There were people in pain and worse because of what the three had done, and he was soreley tempted to make them pay himself. The bullets turned around and faced the atackers. 'Well!?' Zero asked/shouted.
*rememebr, he thinks Nightstalker, Rift and Malice work together- he dosen't know that Nightstalker was acting alone when she destroyed the building.

"This is Carafrost, ice powers like yours. How's Karm?" Sy asked walking around to Karmy.

(didn't Nightstalker blow up the building, not Malice?)

Rift was taken aback by the accusation, but sneered, "Given enough self-righteous speeches today? Or do you just love the sound of your own voice?" Rift snagged Malice's hand and teleported with her, reappearing where she had a better shot. "I'll try to distract him," he whispered. "Do what you do best."

Zero was pushed over the hill. 'You're right. No more words.' Zero said. Quietley, he manipulated the water, three large dragon like tendrils rose out and swirled around him. He reached for his gogles. "I should do it..." Zero said. however, he told himself that that was a step too far, he instaed shot one of the dragons, filled with the bullets he had ensnared earlier, rocketing towards the two like a missile...

Rift was startled, but didn't let on to it. Usually, heroes were more likely to get frustrated than angry, but this one was acting pretty peeved. The water dragon, presumably brought about by Zero's powers, streaked toward them, so he again grabbed Malice, whisking the two of them to safety as the dragon crashed and splattered where they had been less than a second ago.

Zero was far form over. The water dragon that splashed mereley reformed form the water it exploded into and shot back towards the two. WIth a wave of his arm, Zero sent the second at the two with machine like effeciencey. He didn't speak at all. Not a crack about their outfits, not a teleporting or bad girl joke, nothing. He bagan to compress the air nearby, and formed it into a few falcon- like birds. He shot five at them, making sure they devoted all of their time to dodging...

Karmy woke up screaming, every inch of her body burned. There was something inside of her. She began thrashing around violently, and pretty much fell out of the bed. she could feel people trying to restrain her and calm her down but the only thing on her mind was to get away. She snapped her fingers, fell through a portal, and was gone.

Where she appeared was the worst place in the world, it was right in the middle of Zeros fight. She had the worst luck in the world, she fell right as a bullet headed for Zero, and hit her square in the gut....

ummm should i stay or r u guys have this handled.

Ivy replied. "Karm's gone!" Just as she said that, she turned and saw out the window of the medical bay. 4 Figures were floating over the lake. And, by the looks of it, battling. She pointed it out to the others. "Cora, looks like you've come just in time for your first fight!" With that, she raced out to the lake and, using her powers, safely walked across the water, nearing the fight.

Rift had, by now, simply wrapped his arm around Malice and was teleporting nearly every second. Then, he had an idea. He teleported into an office building -workers screamed, first at the sudden appearance of the two, and then at the irate Malice cocking guns- and let go of Malice. The hero wouldn't strike the building for fear of hurting the civvies, and Malice might get a shot through a window.

Less than a second later, he teleported again, appearing behind the young hero and wrapping his arms around Zero's neck, part to attack, part to stay aloft. "Just you and me," he hissed.

Ivy was surprised when Karm collapsed into the water. Why the heck bring an injured girl into a fight? She covered Karm in an orb of air, and flew her back to the shore like that. She looked upward, and saw Zero being choked by a new guy. Huh.

(Ivy hasn't met Rift yet.)

"Hit me and you'll hit the hero," Rift sneered, more tightly grasping Zero's neck.

(Karm, bullets weren't flying. Malice couldn't get a shot.)

Ivy still went unnoticed. Better, she figured. Without a second thought, she brought up water and crafted them into spikes. She froze them, and shot them at the new guy. Best knock him out now.

Rift teleported himself out of the way of the ice shards, letting them collide with Zero. Touching down on a roof, he taunted, "Missed. Unless you were trying to hit your friend. In that case, nice shot."

Malice was at the top floor of the building, she had been thinking about what Zero had said earlier. She ran to the roof and found Rift choking Zero. "Rift wait!" Malice called. Rift looked to the side at Malice. "What he called to her. "Bring him here!"

Rift obeyed her command and Zero was standing next to Rift and Malice. "Nightstalker destroyed the building?"

Carafrost quickly joined the others and watched them fight. She didn't know what to do.. her powers were still unstable, and they wouldn't get in her control until tomorrow. She didn't realize there was someone behind her though..

(Okay someone attack me )

Rift looked over at Malice, who was waving from the rooftop of the building he's set her in. He nodded, then teleported out and grabbed Zero, reappearing by Malice with his hand grabbing the boy's shoulder. He gave the hero a rough shove forward, knocking him enough off balance for Malice to grab him by both shoulders.

"Got to go," Rift said quickly, and teleported back into the fight.

Sky couldn't fly or walk on water, but she could smell Malica on a buliding near by. Racing there werewolf style, Sky was just in time to catch Malice and Rift. She howled andleapped at them. Not seeing Zero until she was in the air.

Rift appeared behind Cara, the girl he'd bumped into at the tower. He gave her a shove, then disappeared again. "Over here, princess."

A small white figure hides nearby.

Ivy saw Rift and Cara. Great. Now he was picking on the new girl? Not cool dude. Not cool at all. How do you catch somebody who can teleport away? she thought to herself. She then grinned. Easy, you knock them out. Taking a deep breath, she dove into the water, where nobody could see her. She'd be completely undetectable (Except by Luna probably) and could get an easy shot this new guy....Rift or whatever.
