The Darkest of Knights

"Wow." Quinn said looking at all the money that Poison Ivy had withdrawn. "You have a lot of money in your bank! I mean damn, how the hell did you get that much?" she speculated. "And.. Do we really need that much? What erra- I mean crimes are we gonna do?"

Poison Ivy stopped when they were a good distance from the bank. "This money is nothing, trust me. As for a crime, what would you like to do?" She slowed to a casual walk. Crime...crime....what could she do to further propel her pursuit of Batman

"Uh..." Quinn thought for a moment. "I don't know.." a loud rumbling sound suddenly broke the silence. Quinns cheeks flushed and she placed a hand over her stomach. "I could go for something to eat I guess."

Batman hung upside-down from a fire escape ladder waiting on Robin and Zero. "Robin I'm waiting at the designated meeting location. When is Zero arriving? What's his ETA? We have things we need to discuss as I said before." He said tapping he's right ear.

"Food. Got it.....Burger Queen?" Poison Ivy asked with disgust, eying the greasy restaurant. She wrinkled her nose, appalled at the crap they served these days.

"Understood Robin. I hope Batgirl and Alice will be alright." Batman prayed.

"Perfect. I'm not used to vehicles." he said with a frown.
"It's unusual for me to work with people with the need for this type of transportation." he added.
"That, and I don't think I'm ready to trust you in a speeding car with me in it."

"Burger Queen?" To Quinn, it sounds like the bastard child of Burger King and Dairy Gueen. Walking in, Quinn ordered while Poison Ivy stood behind her, looking menacingly at the cashiers. After quickly looking over the menu, Quinn had made her decision. "I'll have one Beef shake, light on the ketchup. And a strawberry burger with banana fries. And on that burger, could you put- instead of mango slices- raspberries?" she smiled at them, obviously very unaware of Poison Ivy's affect on them. After receiving her order, she went outside to eat while Poison Ivy 'paid'.

Poison Ivy rolled her eyes at the absurd order the girl had received. Whatever happened to good, fresh fruits of the earth?

Ivy grabbed Zero by the wrist and they began going after Robin.

[It was genetically modified and commercialized AB o_O!]

Quinn sat quietly on the curb, having just finished her beef shake and started on her strawberry burger. She looked up to see Poison Ivy waltzing out of the store. "So. I guess its your turn to chose the crime." she said.

[Pfttt... idk what to do :/]

"I suppose it is." Poison Ivy replied. She fiddled with a strand of flaming hair, unsure of what to do. She knew it had to be an actual crime. She knew she needed to find Batman.

She didn't know how to do that last one.

Unless...a nice, big crime. One that somehow wouldn't look suspicious to Quinn. "Give me a minute." She said idly, considering all nearby stores, the two's abilities, and what would be big enough to bring out Batman.

Quinn sat idly by, twiddling her thumbs impatiently. "Uh... How about.. The... Museum? I bet they have a lot of souvenirs there in the gift shop? Does this town even have a museum?" she tried to remember.

Rose knew Mercy was well trained. Across from training with her father, she had even been with batman, whom she reluctantantly admited was probably just as good, if not better. What was worse, the wodner twins were gainging up on Cinderblock. She was able to defelect their incoming shot with her swords, but there was still Casius present as well. She knew she couldn't face all of these oponents at once, not with Cinderblock still shook up. She turned to Alex and withdrew a smoke pellet. "Time to get outta here!" She ordered. Alex turned to Maime and shook ehr hand back, sneakily putting a microtracer-and twenty pucks-into her hand. "Some other time, kid." She said, and vanished into the smokescreen Rose created, the trio vanishing in a heartbeat.

Casius let out a quick sigh of releif. "At least they're gone for now. We outta get out of ehre, in case they change their mind." He suggested.

Zero, whom had been hovering over Robin for a while, got yanked down by Ivy. "C'mon, dollface, I was gonan drop a watter baloon on her and make a jo-" He hushed when he notiuced someone that looked like Karmy- and someone that looked like Poision ivy. "Hold the phone- whadaya' make of THAT?" He asked.

Cyrah continued to stalk Poision ivy and Karmy, and decided their next enocunter would be on her terms, not theirs. She picked up a chiped peice of asphault, and spiraled it at Quin's meal, knocking it away. She emerged, made a 'rude gesture' and began to taunt them, trying to goad them into pursuing her.

Ivy glanced in the direction Zero indicated. "Yikes! That looks like...Karm. And Poison Ivy! And they aren't fighting. What the frick is going on?!" She wondered. With a sigh she knew her talk with Batman would be delayed even more.

"You keep going with Robin. I'll keep an eye on Poison Ivy." She ordered, giving a small wave and about to jump after Poison Ivy.

Poison Ivy scowled. The girl was obviously trying to anger her, and it was, against the villainess's wills, working. "See that, Quinn? They're still coming after us. And we haven't done anything!" she complained, scanning the area for any foliage she could use as a weapon.

Astro continued walking, aimlessly. "Must....rest..." he mumbled.

"Oi!" Quinn turned to see Cyrah. "We didn't do anything wrong." she grabbed onto the wooden stick and held it out like a staff. "Why don't you just leave us alone?" and she lunged at her.

Cyrah realized logic didn't work last time- she was going for a... different apporach. "Ah, but I didn't atack. All you have is curcumstantical evidence. But I must say that you stooped to an all time time low by killing a SHOE-STORE OWNER." She said, backfliping away and curling her fingers in a 'come get me' motion. She shot an especialy sadistic lookat P.Ivy- she had dirt on her now, and she was gonna milk this opportunity dry.

"What are you talking about?" Quinn snapped her fingers and appeared behind Cyrah. "We didn't kill anyone! Poison Ivy paid them!" using her staff, she took a swing at Cyrah. "I would never kill anyone!"

Cyrah used her robotic arm to parry the blow, but she didn't strike back. "Then explain the dead man, tied up with vines and covered in her lipstick? Use that chuck of meat between your ears, or better yet, you love those portals- go check it out yourself, the police haven't moved the evidence yet." She said, trying to get Karmy to see reason.

(I can't believe I'm getting steamed for a murder post I hadn't even done xD )

Poison tsked. She really shouldn't have murdered the man, considering it now. Man mind control would've been fine. But, oh well. Time to face facts.

"I have no clue what you're talking about." A vine lunged towards Cyrah. "Full of lies, I bet. You could've set up the whole thing yourself, then come here to frame me. Ivy could just as easily help commit a murder with vines."

The same vine was halted by Ivy. "Need some help?" the hero smiled at Cyrah, an old friend. She hadn't seen her in a while, come to think of it. Too bad it was under such horrid circumstances that they did.

"Ivy?!" Quinn brought a hand up to the scar on her forehead. "Y-you were the one that did this to me!" she turned back to Cyrah. "You were framing Poison Ivy? You both were?!" she portaled above Cyrah and tackled her.

Cyrah was about to acknowledge Ivy, but had to move quick to dodge Karmy's atack. She continue dher hardass routine. "You selfish twerp- Why would we go out fo our way, all of us, to tell you this elaborate lie? THink, you stooge!" She said harshly, further getting back to try and draw them to where she had planned.

Zero was reluctant to let Ivy out of his sight, but he knew all too well that she could take care of her self. He instead landed (out of concious sight- two years in gotham made him easily recognizable) and trnasformed his outfit in something inconspicuous, and repplaced his goggles with sunglasses. Also changing his hair color to metalic red, he entered and looked around for Robin...

Ivy landed gently. "That scar? Karm! I never gave that to you! How could you--you have amnesia, don't you?" The elementalist realized. Great. Now she'd have to battle some sense into one of her best friends against this psychotic villainess that, in her mind, was her main enemy.

"Elaborate lie? Simple! To get Quinn on your side! That's all you ever wanted, isn't it? To take my only friend away?" Poison Ivy screamed, As if you already haven't! Plants began to crop up, six particular ones lunging at Cyrah and Ivy.

"Why bother with her? If we were so selfish and evil, why not try for YOU!?" Cyrah said, using the full brunt of her emotional output, instead of restraining it like last time. With a jerk of her wrists, jagged knifes extended from the sides of her robotic arms, and she began to hack at the approaching foliage.

"Whoah, hey, chicky, it's me." Zero said, lowering his gogles and giving Robin a quick look at his eyes. "But who is Mathe- nevermind." Zero said, once more forgetting his Identity. "So what's up? You needed to see us?" He asked.

Poison Ivy rolled her eyes. "I'm not the one with amnesia. Quinn is so vulnerable right now, and you are willing to prey on her moment of weakness for your own gain!" More plants popped up. "How dare you!"

While Poison Ivy dealt with Cyrah, Ivy was trying to calm Karmy, no, Quinn. "Karm, it's me." She stated, getting into a fighting stance. "Don't you remember? We've been friends for 6 years!" She practically yelled, hands glowing in case Karm decided to attack.

"You did this to me!" Quinn shouted, pointing to her forehead. She portaled right in front of Ivy and sent a blow her way with her staff. "Poison Ivy told me herself! She's my only friend."
