"Heh, sorry I'm not to your liking Dick. No one's perfect and hell knows I'm not." Karmy said, waving her hand in an 'I don't care' matter. "Either way, even if I don't get on that plane, I can still follow." she walked over and sat on the far end of the couch to cool off.

"No you're not." Dick said walking away. "Alice. Keep a good eye on her while we're away." Dick ordered. "Consider it done." Alice nodded. "Alright, if we're going to do this we're going to do this now. Cassius, Cyrah, and Zero, you're priority one. Pack your things for at least a two day trip, same goes with Luna, Ivy, and Damian." he said just as Damian came in with a fresh set of clothing on. "We'll be going to Ra's fortress sharpish." "Ya'll want some lunch before you go?" Cyborg asked. "Always."

"She has to sleep sometime!" Karmy called out. Meanwhile, Beast Boy walked into the kitchen with Cyborg. "Hey, I'll whip up some lunch. You guys could use some more soy in your diet."

"I'm alright Karmy. No need to worry about me." Alice reassured Karmy standing up to grab a mug of coffee.

"Soy in our diet? We need as much soy in our diet as much as we need a hole in our head man. Get your own stove man." Cyborg complained.

"Uh huh.. Sure. We'll see about that." Karmy said, keeping a close eye on everyone from her position on the couch.

"Dude, what's wrong with trying something new?!" Beast Boy said, not moving an inch. "No way am I gonna eat something that I have been! But you have no reason not to try this!" he whipped out a block of tofu.

"You're making no sense BB, no one's gonna eat your tofu but you and your girlfriend over there." Cyborg said pointing at the couch.

(sry was out on vacation)

"So who's the leader of the riders?" Crimson inquired. "Maybe he'll aprove of me." Crimson muttered to himself.

"Whoa hey man!" Beast Boy shouted. "She's a friend, that's all. You know Aurora and I have been together since that whole incident in Gotham." he blushed. "Sheesh. Just because I brought her into the Titans, doesn't make her my girlfriend."

"Whatever you say man, isn't she like ten years younger than you anyway?" Cyborg asked shaking his head and laying several patties on the stove.

"Shut it, Tin Man." Beast Boy huffed and pulled out his own frying pan. "Now move over so I can cook up some tofu burgers! I aint gonna eat your meat and I'm sure Karmy wont either." "Hells yeah I won't!" Karmy said getting up to walk out.

"Hey, you think I don't know you already enough that you won't? Just take the left side of the stove, I got the right." Cyborg mumbled flipping a burger and toasting several buns.

"And yet here we are, still fighting about it." Beast Boy replied, adding seasoning to the tofu. "Just like old times eh?" he gave a sly grin.

"Man you know it." Cyborg smiled reminiscing. "Good times, huh BB?" Cyborg asked flipping several burgers.

"Pretty much Cy." Beast Boy finished up two burgers and plated them. "Dude, you gotta at least try tofu. It wont kill ya!" he said. Meanwhile, Karmy was walking around the room in circles, shoulders slumped slightly and muttering something about making a break for it.

"I'll have your tofu burger once you have a cow burger, otherwise the answer is N-O." Cyborg said cutting lettuce tomatoes and onions. He diced pickles and set all the condiments aside. "Plus, there's veggies in a cow burger." He argued.

"There's a perfectly logical reason to why I don't eat cow meat." Beast Boy said as he rooted around the fridge for some ice. "I have BEEN a cow before! Thats like, eating a part of myself!" he started to make iced tea for everyone. "Thats just messed up in so many ways."

"No it's not! You can still turn into a cow if you eat a cow, don't be so illogical. You're not gonna eat your cow-self." Cyborg thought for a minute. "Wait, is you turning into animals the only reason you don't eat animals? I mean I'm part of technology and I still use technology." Cyborg said obviously not getting Beast Boy's intentions.

Dick had a duffle bag over his shoulder. "Yeah, you don't have to worry about us kiddo. We have a good team." He smiled at her and patted her head. "Thank you for your concern." He said genuinely.

Beast Boy facepalmed , but accidentally smacked himself with the wooden spoon he was using to stir the tea with. "Ow!" he rubbed his sore head. "Oh forget it Cy, lets just feed lets just feed everyone before they ship out." he said, placing everything on the table.

"Man, what are you talking about? I'm done with my burgers! Meat people! Come n' get it!" Cyborg said resting a large plate of burgers on the circle table. "There's not enough seats for everyone, but you don't need a seat for a burger." Cyborg smiled. "Where'd you put the tea BB?"

Dick finished packing in the Batship and came downstairs. "Oh, wow. Two meals a day for the first time in a long time. That's a first. You're spoiling us Cyborg." Dick said scratching the back of his head. "It's my job Batman."

"It's on the counter, Cy." Beast Boy said, pointing to the pitcher of tea. He walked over to the fridge and pulled out some bean sprouts and spinach that he had brought along with him. Karmy came over and sat down on the counter next to Beast Boy. "Least some one has good taste here." she said to him. "Seriously." he laughed.

Lunch has been served, everyone ate, everyone said their good byes. The captain of the Batship stood at the entrance. He took a deep breath, his suit was half on; all he needed was his cowl to be pulled over his face. He looked through the eyes of his real face, his mask. In a way his mask was his face, and his face was his mask. His real skin was that of the batsuit. He was never truly himself unless he was wearing his costume. Batman called out to the heroes. "All aboard who's going aboard." He noticed Barbara standing on the far side of the tower's roof where the Batship was perched. She stood looking at him. He was far enough away that he couldn't spot the tears rolling down her cheeks.

Needless to say, Cyrah and Cass didn't have much to pack, and Zero didn't bring much to begin with. As they filed into the Batplane, Zero did Karmy the courtsey of sneaking her on board with help from Cyrah. Dick said his good-byes to cyborg and everyone, played nine innings of tounge hockey with Barbara as usual, and shut up the plane after everyone was on board. The plane quickly took off into the sky, and zoomed off towards the home of the mastermind that is Ra's Al GHul......

Ra's servant approached him quickly. Ra's allready knew to expect the detective and his merry brood, and had made sure to assemble his gaurds. mis men were armed at the space he set aside for the Batplane, and he had dozens of other soldiers and assasins in hiding. he knew better then to not have gaurds- with the Batman, a mele was a point of fact. Flanked by two female assasins- one in all white, one in all black, he approached the steps off the plane, as Greyson was timeley stepping off also. "Welcome, detective." He said, welcomely but officialy.

"Oh.. look at him. There he goes again." Barbara muttered as the Batship left, almost to herself. Almost as if Nicole wasn't even there. "Are promises meant to be broken? I said I wouldn't leave his side. It's only two days, he'll be back." She whispered quietly.
