Morphing into a fly, mutated of course, Beast Boy dodged the bullets with ease. He flew over to Wade, and morphed again in mid air into a lion. The rage that he was feeling earlier was coming back ten fold. He wanted to maim Wade. He wanted to kill him.

"THAT is more like it! Show me watcha' got!" Wade barked as the lion barreled towards him. he withdrew a short knife, wanting to savor the fight that was coming up.

The lion tackled Wade to the ground, pinning him by the shoulders. He began to take swipes at the man, not sure whether he wanted to kill him or not.

As the soldiers fell against the survivors, a call came out through all of their radios in their ears. "Fall back! They're releasing 32-T0! I repeat, fall back!" A look of fear filled every one of the soldiers, well those who were still alive, faces and they started to retreat.

Wade was able to defend himself by batting the swipes with his armor on his hands, but he knew he wouldn't hold out long. He twisted his body violently, shaking himself out of BB's grip. "Come now, you seemed SO much more in charge 11 months ago." He taunted, withdrawing a bolo [I think that is what they're called- the things with the rope and two weights on either end ninjas used to trip people] and slinging it at BB's Legs.

The bolos wrapped around Beast Boys legs, causing him to crash into the ground. He let out a loud roar and then changed into a snake to wriggle free. Slithering back to wade, he lept up, prepared to bite down on the man.

"Come on, come on!" Wade taunted, swiping his combat blade back and forth violently and rapidly- unlike Slade, who employed skill and power simultaneously, Wade seemed more concerned only with power and striking his foe.

Beast Boy rolled away, gripping his head in pain. Why did his head hurt? Why wouldn't this man leave him alone?! HIs head really hurt! Transforming into an infected T-Rex, he charged at Wade. He wanted this man dead! He wanted to eat him.

Wade noticed that, before he transformed, BB seemed to be placing emphasis on his head. Wade saw an opening, and withdrew not explosive devices, but a flashbang. "Here's something for you, toothy." He hissed, lobbing the grenade, closing his eyes and closing the buds on his ears as the grenade burst into light and earsplitting sound.

The pain that Beast Boy was experiencing increased tenfold. His screams echoed all around the deserted city. Blind with pain, he managed to morph into a small bird, and began to fly away from the fight.

The group was all alone now, victory seemed theres. "Well, that was easy." Eloise said, resting the bat on her shoulder. Oh how wrong she was.

"Not so Fast." Wade said, and withdrew gun and.... didn't bother. The flash grenade seemed to do it's job adamantly, and in his condition, BB would likeley be eaten by another infected or soemhting nayways. No need to waste materials on a quick death when he could walk away to leave him to linger painfuly. He replaced the rifle in the holister on his back. "The beast is as good as toast. What now?" he asked over the headset.

Rose looked about cautiously. This was WAY too easy to be normal- there was soemhting else here. She held her staffs tightly, anticipating more...

"Things are never easy." Kamica said, "But we need to get moving. Stopping leaves time for attacks. Rose, lead the way. I'm just gonna take the rear." Kamica moved to the back of the group, turning around in a complete cricle ever so often to make sure they weren't being fallowed.

Rose cautiously nodded, and dashed down the road towards freedom. Was this it? Could they finally get out of this hellhole and make some progress? As the group made their way down the abandoned highway, it seemed like it, only Rose still could shrug off that it was way too easy to be normal...

Kamica set her right arm ablaze, fallowing the goup with her back to them. She then got an idea. In front of Rose she split light beams so none touched any of them. Making them all invisable to the naked eye.
