The Darkness Before Dawn

The man in the hat tilted his head. "I could be. Then again, I could NOT be." He said with a suprisingly animalistic growl. "I take it you're my escort?" he asked, a sneke-like, yellow pupil showing from beneath the hat. "Gotta say, you're kinda cute- Slade knows how to give a first impression." He said in jest.

Kamica tried not to gag at the 'cute' comment. She also tried not to punch the guy. Insted she gave a little laugh and replied, "Yeah, that's da-Slade. So if your ready to go we can fly, or if you had other travel plans."

"She's got a point, Rob. You're gonna need at LEAST a decent sleep before we go after anyone." Hotspot told Robin.

The man in the hat grinned. "Don't worry kid-o, I know how to get around." He said with a animal-like hiss. "But I somewhat expected you to have a car or transport of some kind... no matter." He said with a shrug. He trotted off towards the direction Kamic ahad came from, seeming to know his way about the city.

Kid-o? Did the guy have a list of ways to get under her skin or somthing? Sighing she flew off after the guy. "If your done, I can get us a ride." Part of the ground lifted into the air. Kamica landed on it and motioned for Mr.Animal-guy to jump on.

The stranger jumped on the stone with suprising agility. "Impressive.... earth mover, or do you have other powers?" He asked curiously.

(I want to say Brother Blood, for the vocab., but the animal hissing throws me off...Only animal Titan villain I know is Killer Moth...But he's not that powerful...Am I close?)

Annesthetize turned in her sleep, unable to get a fitful rest. I need to see those other rebels.... was all that ran through her mind. If they joined forces, they could take down the hypnotized heroes, one by one. And if not, well, We're screwed. she smiled to herself.

(No idea here O_o King Snake is the only baddie I know that has some snake related thing)
"If I had any other powers, no offense but I wouldn't tell you. But hey, if you have anything worth my telling ya I might just talk awhile." She sat and kicked her legs over the edge as the rock made it's way back to Slade's place.

Remember, Slade has assimilated HEROES as well. Who else had animal like properties?]

"Fair 'nuff." The stranger said. He took note of Kamica's leg. "Howdja' get that- lemme guess, car wreck?" The stranger asked, suprisingly acting chatty.

"In truth I've never been in a car. Ridden things that come close, but not an actual car." She replied, "As for how, well most of the parts are from junked cars, and black market tech. Others I just drew up. Put it together myself- wait, no I had alittle help." Making their ride go a tad bit faster she rubbed her knees and asked, "How bout you? Got a story you'd like to tell?"
(I really don't know. Wait, make that I don't think I know. Is it Animal Man?)

Wait, BB doesn't have yellow pupils....Unless the evilness messed with his abilities...Are comic heroes in this, too?)

Blade sighed, flicking channels on her TV without actually checking what was on. She was bored. Could call in for a job from Slade, maybe track down the rebels. Anything but sleep, she was too jittery to sleep.

[Abby guessed it, so she gets the cookie.]

"Story yes, at liberty to share, nah, not telling." The stranger[BB] told Kamica.

Slade sent a broadcast out to Kamica, Ilia, and Blade. "Everyone report back. Some just gave us an.... interesting tip." he ordered.

"Whoop de fricking do." Blade muttered sarcastically to herself. Better than being cooped up in here.. she reminded herself, checking she was properly armed before exiting her home. To Slade HQ...!

Kamica sighed as they landed outside of the building. "I hate his verison of interesting." She opened the door and smiled to the new guy, "Interesting for him is 'work to those I boss.' Tell him I said that though, and you'll find out my powers."

"i've told him to his face he's a dumb ugly sucker. I don't care." BB said with a shrug. He noticed Ilia approaching with ehr patrol squad. "Any idea what he wants? I heard him say he got a tip, think he's got the rebels or the titans logged down?" She asked.

Time:2345

Kamica shrugged, "Eh, it could be. It'll be work for us either way." She was wishing it was the rebels from before. That girl with the mutts and Robin were gonna get it. Also the red head, dang did sher really call her twelve?!

Slade approached his motley collection of cuthroats gathered before him. He wasted no time- he got right to business. "Word is from a local motel owner that the titans AND several rebels are hiding out there. With them licking their wounds, I trust there will be no mistakes." He said, with a harsh leer at everyone.

Hotspot, like the others, was unable to sleep despite his best efforts. He was nervous- Slade could be on to them, he was allways on the move, that mobile b^trd....

Name: Coram

Age: 16

Strengths/Powers:Summoning. He can only summon 6 feet tall Praying Mantis Warriors. They carry 2 ridged blades and stay in the same position the praying mantis does. Coram himself is a skilled dual blader. He also knows the prayng mantis style of kung fu.... Coram is blind but can see with movement.

Weaknesses: Afraid of Heights. Doesnt have perfect vision with movement

Personality:
He has a nice feeling about him. He smiles quite a lot. You would never suspect that he is evil. He is nice to everyone, even as he is fighting them. He doesnt have an angry side. He just loves to cause trouble

Bio: Coram was said to have been born with an evil looking grin. He grew up just like any other boy. He loved playing with friends, toys, and video games. He grew around a nice neighborhood and seem to have grown up nice. Around his 12th birthday he began to get into many fights and was eventually expelled from school. After being kicked out of school around his 14th birthday he traveled around a lot. He picked a lot of fights with many different people, he stole the dual blades from his last fight. When he was 15 he discovered his summoning powers. His powers appeared due to almost being killed by a group of thugs that worked for slade. He was amazed by their power and decided that he wanted to be as strong as they were. So as soon as he turned 16 he headed for Jump city. He was very eager to train as slades apprentice.

Romantic Interest: Terra

"Yes sir." Blade replied, wincing under Slade's gaze. "We won't let them get away." Her fingers twitched, resisting the reflex to bring her sword out in response to Slade's hostility. But the mere action could no doubt kill her. "No mistakes." she promised, shooting a look at the other two as if it were their fault. Pinning the blame on somebody else gave her a twisted joy.

Sure, these are the major events thus far. Might also help the new guy:

-Initialy, pretty much we opened with a brawl- one goodguy group after another butted heads with Ilia, Blade, Kamica and their patrol of drones.
-However, the good guys pull out and group up after Robin is injured.
-Upon hearing his followers failed to halt the rebels, Slade walops Ilia and lectures the others.
-Hotspot leads the goodguys[or most of them] to a small Hotel where he beleives they will be safe, and butts head with Apple.
-Ilia is patroling as punishment, ans Kamica is ordered to pick up loyalist BB and bring him to Slade for a mission.
-The hotel owner rats out the Titans+rebels, although they do not know this yet
-Slade's loyalists+BB are informed of this, and they are about to head out.

Kamica caught Blade's glare, "Well hey, I'm not perfect." She unconniously rubbed her knee. "And I wouldn't be talking there." With a sigh she asked, "So we storming the place or anyone have a plan?"
