Gotham City's Midnight Riders (ENDED)

"Haha! Right, like she was raised by a pack of wolves or something like that!" Mercy said as she skidded over to Karmy and Cara, readying her knife.

Karmy started laughing out loud, "Ha! I remember that! Oh man that was something huh?" and she tackled Cara.

Mercy never did meet Nyah, she was only using it as a cliché analogy for someone who has had a rough life. "What're you talking about Karmy?" Mercy asked as she swiped the knife across Cara's arm, the gash was more wide than Mercy intended it to be. But then again Cara was fighting ruthlessly.

Cara gasped as they mentioned her past. Cara's normally blonde hair turned snow white, but the blue-highlited side part stayed the same color. Her skin began to turn into a soft light blue. She turned around and threw a well aimed hard kick to karmys gut, causing Karmy to fly accross the street and land with a hard thud. She yelled as her powers took over her, and a strong wind filled the streets. Before they knew it everything was consumed in a white light as Cara spread her arms out and a frozen blast shot all around her.

"NEVER! TALK! ABOUT! MY! PAST!!" She screamed as the whole city was covered in snow and ice. Karmy and Mercy were momentarily frozen from the blast but in a second Cara snapped her fingers and they returned to normal. Afraid her powers might fail again because of how upset she was, Cara growled "Be lucky I'm not going to kill you now." And then she skated off with full speed, leaving the snow covered streets and 2 completley freaked out girls behind her. She didn't take any notice to her cut arm as she skated away.

Karmy suddenly stopped. "Wait a second." Karmy motioned for Mercy to stop for a second, "Cara? Carafrost? Why does that name sound so familiar?"

Mercy had barely known Carafrost, Rift knew Carafrost very well. "I dunno, I think I saw her once before when we fought each other, but I can't be too sure. We gotta move Karmy, we have to find where Batman's cave is, or something. We need to find out who did it and why.." Mercy said with concern.

Starfire headed off into the garage, to find no one there. She sighed and waited.

"Yeah. That's an idea." and they both started to run towards downtown. "Man I hope we don't run into the Scarecrow!"

"I'm sure we'll run into more than just The Scarecrow... ohhhh wait, its because of your hallucinations isn't it?" Mercy asked as they were running downtown, she nodded and was immediately stopped by a crew of thugs. Mercy looked at Karmy. "Well this'll be fun." she smiled at Karmy.

Karmy returned the smile, "Oh, quite fun!" and she lunged for the closest two thugs. She grabbed their heads and smashed them together, knocking them out. "Bet you I can take the most out!"

"Ha! You wish Karmy!" Mercy said back to her playfully as she kicked in a guy's stomach. "Hey!" A gangster yelled. "What do you think we are? Huh? A bunch a- OOOUGHF!" He was sent flying, and another aimed a handgun at Mercy tore away his handgun and shot his leg and emptied the magazine on other's feet making them immobile.

"Well Mercy!" she said flipping over another thug and smashing her feet into his back. "I just took out 3 and you only got one, I think I may win this one!" and she swept the feet from out of another one and them slammed her fist into his gut. "

"That's 4!!!" and she headed for the next vict-thug.

"What? No what are you talking about?! I just plugged 7 of them in the legs! That doesn't count?" Mercy protested as she elbowed a gangster in the face and tossed him to the floor.

After Karmy slammed the mans head into the ground she looked up and saw that Mercy was right. "Oh.." she just stood there for a second or two. "SO!" and she attacked the next guy.

Cara continued to skate, and fast. Everything she passed by turned to ice but she didn't care. She just wanted to be alone. Or get revenge on those two idiots who had made fun of her. Finally she stopped, breathing hard. "Nobody messes with Carafrost. Nobody. They WILL pay." She muttered.

"Oh common! I freaking immobilized them with their own bullets!" Mercy said in disbelief but in all playfulness. She straight punched another poor soul in the gut and decided to take Karmy's move and kick him where it counts.

Karmy almost fell over laughing (Literally I almost did when I read that!) when Mercy kicked the guy there. "Ha! Oh wow Mercy, I can't believe you pulled that one off-gah!" she screamed as one of the thugs tackled her. She kicked him off and pulled the same move Mercy did. "7! Well maybe after that move, I think that counts for 2 so... 8!"

"Well if you don't want to count my seven that I capped in the leg then that means I've got three.. you cheater. You woulda had seven more without me!!" She said as they finished up. "As always." Mercy smirked at her.

Karmy smirked, "Well Mercy, fighting hand to hand is quite fun!" As they talked, they noticed one guy stand up and make a break for it. Karmy turned to Mercy and took a step back, "Be my guest!" as she spread her arms out wide.

Mercy ran up and grabbed his arm and threw him over her shoulder. Se knocked the air out of him, still awake Mercy stomps on his chest. Mercilessly.

*Deep inside a dark and murky cave, Greht kneels in the middle of a sacrificial chamber,
the cult of the darned (XD) had all assembled. They had all the preparations in order for the commencement of the summoners pact.*
Greht spoke out "Soon, our lord and master Guuldraazi will walk once more upon this world and his restless dreams of damnation shall be unleashed upon all!"
*All chant*
"Eye of twilight, give us sight. Take our offer, give us might. Make our powers tears of night..."
CRASH! :O
"My lord, Templar are storming our outpost and seek to interrupt the summoning!"
"The order of Antioch! Cry, havok naves!"
Suddenly, paladins and templar stormed the cave, and began slaughtering cult members left and right.
"Place the seal now and take the gems!" screamed the stalwart captain of the templar
"Gah! You fools vex me!" roared Greht
"SEAL HIM NOW!"
whoooooooooosh!
All of the sudden, the gems were gone. Greht looked over and realized this, then was swept off of his feet by a wave of magic, being knocked unconcious. When he woke up, he looked out upon an open meadow. He was in a park late at night. He saw strange buildings that stretched up towards the sky, and rolling beasts made of steel that hum when they move! Suddenly, two young women stepped out on the bike path. He looked at them, and his temper flared. He saw a kid moving toward him on a scooter, offering a skeptical look, the child looking stunned and appalled at the armor.
"Where do I walk fiend?" He screamed at the child. The child proceeded to scoot off hastily. "Wenches? COME HITHER AND SPEAK TO THINE EARS!"
He looked up at a buisness sign on the edge of the park. "Gotham city Laundry." Another electronic sign flashed the day and year."GAH!!!!"
So it was, he was trapped in the future...

Twoface gave an amused look at Ghost. "Good idea, first, bring me the dough." Two face said with melancholy. A large thug appeared in the doorway. "I look forward to seeing you boys back here." Two face said as the thug led them to the door. However, it didn't take long for them to notice Karmy and Mercy. "Well well, I suppose there are already little superheroes here, eh?" Casius said to ghost.

The first thing that Mercy and Karmy noticed was a man in a large suit of armor screaming and yelling. "Who's this guy?" Mercy asked, but the man looked ferocious and both without saying a word decided to find another way around the park when they noticed two figures heading their opposite direction. It was Casius and Ghost. "Oh boy..."

"Well shi-" Karmy said sizing the two men up. They both seemed quite skilled in firearms as well as martial arts. "And I thought you had a lot of guns.."

Mercy looked at Karmy, "What are you kidding me? I only had two! This guy is practically made of guns!" Mercy said in all honesty.
