Gotham City's Midnight Riders (ENDED)

"Potato, Potato." Karmy said crossing her arms, then remembered that too very scary looking guys with ALOT of guns were in front of the two woman. Leaning towards Mercy "Hey, describe your apartment to me, where it is and what not." she whispered.

"Its only a couple of blocks down from here, green walls a kitchen next to the living room that leads to my bedroom..." Mercy whispered back as the men were drawing in closer. She thought this was hardly the time to talk about architecture and her living space. "Why?"

"Well, I can get us there if you want." Karmy said still holding ground "I need a visual of where I open my portals to, other wise we could wind up falling into a volcano." Again...

"What?!" Mercy asked in astonishment forgetting how Karmy could have gotten here in the first place. "If you can get us to Wayne's Estate that would be perfect!"

"What? Why ther- " then it clicked "Oh yeah! Bruce Wayne was Batman! Who would have thought that nice man was the Dark Knight himself?" and Karmy clicked her fingers and they were off to the masion. Unfortunately, they landed in a tree.

9:45 p.m. About to rain-

They stumbled out of the tree and hit the ground rather crudely. "Well you have to pay attention to the news.. And where we land.." Mercy said as they quickly recovered from the fall. They looked around police lines have been ripped and flourescent lights had been set up around the perimeters. "Wanna head in?" Mercy said without really asking. She walked up to the open doors and they both crept in the mansion.

"Well excuse me princess." Karmy said sarcastically "I've never been to Gothem before except for quick vegan confrence." she added as the snuck closer to the estate. "Hey wait, didn't Wayne have a butler or something. Living in a place this big I would imagine he would right?"

(XDDDDD excuse me princess!!)

"I think so... But who honestly knew his name? I mean maybe we would have known if he was the Batman..." Mercy replied. They searched the house. Mercy hadn't been this scared or had this much adrenaline pumping through her in a long time. She flicked on a flashlight and started to explore. Obvious signs of forced entry was everywhere. Mercy didn't know if it was the body of Batman she was looking for. Maybe it was just a clue she needed to figure out what happened and why. Cried of the city came from a distance and crawled up the spines of the duo.

"If you find anything that might be helpful let me know.." Mercy said. The light was terrible and everything was covered in shadows except for what Mercy's torch disclosed.

Leaning against the window and sniper in one hand, Ghost whispered with a slight laugh, "Not for long."
Unfortunately, before he could even take aim, the two on the street disappeared.
"So much for a little bit of fun.." Ghost laughed. "You probably scared em' away Casius.. You n your EMP cannon."
Ghost turned around, gave a nod to Twoface and said, "Let's go Casius."

Casius allowe dhimself a cruel chuckle. "No worries, there will be more." He said with amusement as he ploded after Ghost. "I was kinda hoping for a bit of fun by warming up a bit, but oh well." He said with a metalic sigh.

Redeemer had been strolling the streets of Gotham as if nothing was wrong, all around him, death and despair. He walked past convicts shooting civilians and others stabbing each other with knives and blades. Whenever someone would approach him he would teleport out of the way. Soon the army came in and started demanding order....

Karmy pulled out a flashlight of her own and followed Mercy down the halls. The house was enormous! Different styles of art and architecture was all over the place, well, what was left of it. Damage and debris was everywhere. Evidence of looting and vandalism stood out like neon lights. As they walked they came across and old grandfather clock, it was the only thing in the room not damaged.

"Well that certainly is strange.." noted Mercy. "But if news got out that Batman was dead wouldn't his body be out in the open?" She asked trying to be logical, thought not in any way saying that it was a bad idea to check it out. They approached it and started investigating.

He noticed that his powers had seemed to slightly diminish since he had landed in this strange world. He now had two purses, and rummaged through them to see what useful trinkets he might find. "GRAH! THESE TINY WET TOWELS ARE OF LITTLE CONSEQUENCE TO ME!" he tossed them aside. Feeling hungry, he decided that he would move througout the city in search of answers and food. He walked along the empty street late after dark, and stumbled upon a restaurant. "What is this 'McDonalds?' I smell eatings!" He entered the 24 hour restaurant, and was immediately greeted with an awkward stare.
"Can... I... um... get you anything sir?"

"YOU WILL SPEAK TO THY SWORD NAVE! WHAT SQUANDERINGS HAVE YOU?" He bellowed at the man.

"Um...um..." The terrified mand began to utter
"Sir we serve food here...wh...wh..what wu wu would yu you like?"
"WHAT HAVETH THOU? A FINE STEAK OF SALISBURY? DOTH YE POSSES THE HIDE OF A DEER? I SHALL BE FEASTING!"
"Um...Marny...ge..ge...get thi...this guy *voice squeaks* as many cheeseburgers as you can."
So Greht left with several bags of cheeseburgers, and upon inspection of these, he pondered as to how he may best ingest them. He walked out into the roadand was nearly side swiped by a car.
The car slammed on it's breaks, and the driver immediately got out to inspect the damage.
"WHOA! Are you okay there?"
"GAH I SHALL MAKE WAR UPON YOU AND YOUR IRON BEAST!" Greht hollered as he shoved his lance through the hood of the car.
"WAHHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!" The man screamed as he bolted from the scene.
"WHERE AM IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII?????????????????"

Karmy and Mercy started to poke and prod the old clock. After a few minutes Karmy noticed a a bit of wind coming from behind the clock.

The girls looked at each other "That's interesting, wanna pry this open?" Mercy asked if she wanted to because she had a certain respect for Mister Wayne. Chances are they wouldn't have known how to open it if it was a way to a secret passage. Everything else was practically smashed to bits. Maybe no one would notice..

Kahna was heading back to the old abandoned motel she lived in when a wave of fury and confusion hit her. It was as if she had been hit by a train. Wavering, she stumbled past an apartment building and through an alley. They were close. She could feel it. Kahna ended up at a nearby McDonalds where a large armored man stood, yelling at a taxi. The driver was long gone and Kahna could see why, there was a long sword sticking out the top. Slowly she approached him.

"I guess that could work. " and she started to fiddle around in her bag. "Let me seee here... Bow staff... Zippo... Glade.. Car tire.. paint can.. Tree... AHA! Here we go!" and she pulled out a bloody crowbar.

"IRON NAVE, TASTE THINE OWN SPE-.... WHO GOES? SPEAK FOOL!"

Kahna put a hand to her head and took a deep breath. This was just her luck. Almost subconsciencly she drew a small knife from her pocket, holding it at her side, almost taking strength from it. Kahna moved slowly towards the confused knight or whatever he was to try to calm him down before he hurt anyone. Reaching out with her mind she tried to send out a calming presence, anything to stop the pounding in her head from his raging emotions... Closer and closer she stepped sending a feeling of trust all the way.

The clock was down and sure enough there was a tunnel leading down. This auspicious entry made them fall to their knees. The batmobile, all of his equipment, suits, mainframe state of the art computer system, everything was here. They walked in slowly, the place had been untouched. Except for a missing suit which was in fact the suit that Bruce Wayne died in. On the floor was a trail of blood leading to Bruce's butler. Alfred lay dead on the floor The dead body as would anyone would alarm them. "You think he was trying to get here for safety? Or was he carried here and then died?" Mercy asked.

"DOTH THOU HAVE NO TONGUE? I COMMAND THEE TO MAKE BANTER! TELL ME FOOL. WHERE DO I WALK? WHERE AM I? WHO ARE YOU AND WHAT IS THE DATE AND WHAT ARE THESE STEEL CLAD BEASTS?"

This guy was getting on Kahna's nerves but instead of yelling the few choice words she would have liked, she swallowed her anger and kept going. If she could only touch him, then her powers would increase and hopefully the huge lug would finally stop shouting at the top of his lungs!

"Hope so," Ghost chuckled.
He couldn't help but wonder, however, at the ability one of the young heroines had
"Teleportation though.. That's gonna be interesting to take down," Ghost laughed
The two made their way to the bank, the screams of citizens echoing around them.
Once close by, Ghost headed to the top of the building facing the bank. He switched to his thermal scope, noticing many guards, some hidden.

"SPEAK, I DO NOT LIKE TO BE TOYED WITH. FULFILL MY INQUIRY, AND I SHALL NOT ONLY SPARE YOU, BUT I SHALL REWARD YOU!"
