Gotham City's Midnight Riders (ENDED)

After finishing the other villians in that part of town, Syren headed to the wilder parts of town. She saw two girls chatting away, "Oy, ya'll do know there are villian to rock. Right?"

"I'll get the others and meet you in the garage. Tell Cy, if he is down there, whats going on." He tore off to find the others. (are the other Titans even being rped?)

Eyes- Ice Blue, aqua, ocean blue (they change color with her mood)
Hair- Long platinum blonde hair that falls a little past her shoulders with a side part including two blue short streaks (On super rare occasions when she gets really mad her hair looks as though it is white)

Skin Tone- Pale, sometimes looks as though it is light blue (but only on rare occasions when she gets super mad, like her hair)
Dress:
Casual-Ice blue dress that is long sleeved and a slight halter top. The skirt part of the dress is a mini bubble skirt that flows two inches above her knees. Her shoes are short and slightly high-heeled, grayish-blueish boots that are made of leather.
Formal- Ice blue bubble dress with beading under the bodice to highlight the empire waist. This dress is sleeveless, low-cut, and made of silk. Goes to her knees and is assorted with an ice crystal bracelet and matching necklace, and high heels that have 3 small ice crystals on the front.
General- Carafrost is a very attractive young girl who wears a lot of blue. She has been told that Ice blue suits her the best out of all the colors.

Abilities

Physical Abilities:

Freezing- Carafrost can make anything around her turn to ice. All she has to do is think about it.

Ice beams- She can shoot Ice beams from her hands and eyes.

Super Strength- Although she is super strong, Carafrost is only as strong as her ice powers allow her to be. The heaviest thing she can hold up is a glacier.

Un-freezing- Carafrost can undo any of her power’s effects, that is, IF she wants to. It does take a lot of energy out of her, though.

Mental Abilities:

Expert Combatant- Carafrost is an excellent fighter, with or without weapons. She was trained by her mother, a skilled warrior who fought many battles when she was alive.

Very Smart- Carafrost is very very smart, even though she never had an education at school; she has learned many things that have helped her mental capacity expand.

Weapons- none. Although she does know how to use a sword

Weaknesses
-When people use her past against her. Carafrost has had a very disturbing and tragic past and when one brings it up, she often loses control of her powers, causing devastation toe everything around her. That or her powers just stop working for a while.

-People making fun of her. Carafrost is extremely sensitive to other people’s words. If you make fun of her, she will make sure to have her revenge on you.

Strengths
-Winter. When its winter Carafrost’s powers get stronger

-Her looks. Carafrost is indeed one of the most beautiful people one shall ever meet, and she knows it. She often uses her looks and charming smile to lure people in to traps she has set.

History/Origin
Ella Frostal is an only child, raised by her mother until she was five years old. Ella was born with her ice powers, though no one knows how it happened. At first her parents were afraid of Ella, but her mother soon grew to love her. Ella’s father on the other hand, left her and her mother when Ella was born because he wanted nothing to do with his daughter’s strange power. This caused the family to become poor and pretty soon live on the streets. The cold weather wasn’t good for Ella’s mother, who died when Ella was five from Pneumonia.
After this tragic incident, Ella soon found herself running away from the government, who wanted to take her in just to perform tests on her and use her powers as a weapon against foreign attackers. But Ella wanted nothing to do with being used, and she still wanted to enjoy her childhood as much as she could, even though she knew it was already lost.
Ella later found herself in a city where tons of bad guys were terrorizing the people. At first she wanted nothing to do with crime fighting (or doing crime herself), so she spent a few years working as a model for many designers, earning a lot of attention from boys. But after a while she got bored with the whole modeling business, so she quit.
Later one day she saw someone robbing a bank, and no one was stopping him! Realizing that she didn’t have to hide her powers from the world anymore, she decided to use her powers for good and help fight against evil. After defeating the criminal, who apparently was planning to rob all of the banks in town for his own selfish needs, she was praised by many of the on looking citizens, which automatically boosted her confidence in herself and her abilities.
At first she had spent her days fighting crime and saving many citizens, but then one day she got captured by a mad scientist who was interested in her powers. Though she never knew his name, he studied her and held her captive for what seemed like years. She hated being experimented on, and she tried multiple times to escape, but with no luck.
On the final experiment, something went wrong, causing her whole personality and view on villains to change. She finally broke out, but not before she killed the scientist.
She does not realize something is very wrong with her, so she goes around causing panic and devastation with no realization. But deep deep down, Carafrost is indeed a hero.

"Oh pfftt!" Karmy said waving Mercy away. "Mercy, you and I both know that I can handle my self."

Mercy smiled and couldn't believe she was still here. She could have swore it was a dream. "Karmy... you really helped me change my life. I'm glad we met. So why don't we go downtown and kick some butt? Together?"

Starfire nodded and headed off to find Cyborg.

Carafrost laughed hysterically as she blasted random objects and froze them. Everything around her had been frozen solid. People around her were screaming and running around like wild animals, which made her laugh even more. "Oh.. this IS fun! WHY did I not see the joy in this before?" She asked out loud as she aimed her icebolts at a little boy who had been shaking in fear.

"Mercy." Karmy said giving her a wide smile. "I would be honored!" and she jumped out into the street and screamed "Watch out Gothem! MERCY AND KARMY ARE TAKIN' YOU DOWN! Teehee, Mercy and Karmy. Yay rhyming!"

He has no weaknesses in particular, he is just a mortal knight. Although he does like to talk alot. If you engage him in a deep conversation, maybe you can distract him long enough to mount an attack XP

He wears armor that is charred black/silver in color and radiates in red energy when he is angry. He wears a raggedy black cape and summons his personal steed whenever he goes into battle. He uses his own powerful magic to augment the horses strength, abilities, and resistance to damage. He is very large. About 6'7, 230 pounds, and has extraordinary strength.

Personality

He is a narcissist. He loves to talk sh*t and has these terribly cheesy catchphrases. He is like Team Rocket, except he can back up his words. XP
He is merciless and cruel, but he has a kiniving and analytical side to him as well. He is known for being very pragmatic, and has an ultimate and secret goal of summoning his demon master XP
Insucient and cool mannered in conversation, bloody and vicious in battle.

Nobody knows where he goes or what he is doing on his own time. Sentimental relationships are unappealing to him.

Biography/Life Story

He was a knight back in the 12 century, and was thrusted in time towards the modern era. Not much about his history is known, and he talks in this old-english/viking-esque kind of manner that sounds absolutely rediculous. He affiliates himself with a dark cult that has long since the dark ages worshiped an omnipotent and mysterious demon, which is where he is said to acquire his powers from.
Immune to mind telepathic powers

The first thing the Duo sees is a crazy girl in a blue dress freezing random objects she was aiming at a little boy. "Wow, I thought that Mr. Freeze was crazy... hey!" Mercy called to her. "Wanna heat things up?" She asked as she pulled an incendiary and tossed it in her direction. It blew up in a fury of fireworks burst and consumed her.

Karmy winced slightly as Mercy threw the incendiary bomb. "Wow Mercy. That brings back horrid memories." and she watched the figure, waiting for them to get back up.

Just in time Carafrost created a freeze force-field and quickly blocked the attack. She turned to see two girls staring at Cara. She smiled and said "Playtime's over kids, Batman is dead and now the city shall be covered in an ever-lasting winter!" She laughed maniaccly at this.

"Heh, sorry Karmy, but at the time you didn't give me much the choice." She said. Then refering to the girl she mocked at her saying "Yeah that's what Mr. Freeze said!" Mercy got into fighting stance along side to Karmy.

Cara smiled sweetly. "I wouldn't go around messing with me if I were you.. people who dare to challenge me don't come back."

"Yeah I understand!" she slid into a fighting stance of her own. "Who are you calling a kid, kid? We're both older than you!" she then remembered something from that day Mercy burned her. "Hey Mercy?" she whispered to her, "Did you ever get those sticky bombs that you said you were gonna get me?"

Carafrost continued to smile as she looked to the side to see the little boy run away. She decided to let him go. Things were about to get alot more fun by the looks of it.

Mercy smiled broadly, "They're actually at my apartment!" She said almost laughing to herself. They were ready to fight anything that came at them, the two went through a lot of fighting (and I mean pages of insomniac fighting!) together. They learned so much from each other and this battle was about to pay it all off.

"Come and get us!"

Cara shrugged and said "You asked for it." She then blasted them head on with icebolts, knocking them down one by one. As they fell she laughed "I can defeat you and I don't even have to leave my position."

"Great! We gotta get those after we take care of this punk." Karmy smiled back and snapped her fingers, making bother her and Mercy appear right behind Cara.

Cara whipped around and punched them in the faces so hard, they flew and crashed into the frozen walls of the building behind them. (Don't forget, I have super strength )

"You don't need to move, we'll do that for you!" Mercy latched onto Carafrost's foot and forced her to the ground using tremendous strength.

"Ugh!" Cara grunted as she fell through the cement. She quickly got up and blasted Mercy with her eye beams. "I don't come down THAT easily.." Cara glared.

Seeing Mercy blasted away, Karmy clicked her fingers and appeared behind the young villainess again. Grabbing her around the waist, she flipped her and smashed her head into the ground.

Mercy fell to the ground and felt dizzy for a moment. Police officers were getting murders, sirens were blaring and she, for a second, forgot what happened. Mercy sat up and slowly got back to her feet. Mercy withdrew Jamie's knife.

Carafrost screamed in fury and turned the ground into ice, making Karmy and Mercy slip and fall. Normally she would laugh at this but Cara was too mad to find anything amusing at this moment.

"Man! This girl has some issues, huh Karmy?" Mercy said trying to get back up. "Hey what happened to you? Parents left you when you were a kid or what?"

Karmy made another portal appear under Cara, and she fell flat on her face a few feet away. "Well Mercy, anyone who gets into this 'hero villain' business has some sorta messed up past."
