"Okay first we restock then we're going to figure out what's going on, I got your sticky bombs Karmy, and I suppose you can take anything from my house that you can use. I suppose this small team for now will be.. The Midnight Riders." Mercy concluded.

"Sounds dark.. I like it," Artanis laughed. "Still, seems quite strange the Titans haven't shown up yet.."

Carafrost just looked bordley at the girl called Adela. "And why should I tell you my name?" She snapped. Then Cara stopped and laughed without humor. "Oh... if you are one of those stupid heroes coming to put me in jail or something, your messing with the wrong girl." She threatened. She was in no mood to have to deal with some other fun-ruining person. Although... she was not entirely sure this girl WAS a good guy. She seemed more of the.. bad girl, villany type.

Cara glared at Adela. "Whatever. Try something stupid on me, and you'll end up like the rest of the city." She said, gesturing towards the frozen streets and buildings far back behind her. She stepped a little closer, narrowing her eyes. "And I'm not afraid to do it. Iv'e done it many times before." By the way Cara spoke, Adela could probably tell she meant every word of what she said.

"That does sound kinda dark Mercy.." Karmy pondered for a sec. "Oh what the heck. As long as we're helping people, I'm in." and she held up her hand for high fives.

Carafrost growled. "Oh.. so do you want it to be MORE then a threat?" But Cara didn't even bother to form an icebolt. "What? Do you think you can boss me around just because I'm younger and prettier then you? Think again. I'm not just some girl in a dress. Im dangerouse. Ask them." She said, pointing to a few people staring wide eyed at Cara. Right when they saw her look at them, they quickly ran away, trying not to slip on the ice. Carafrost burts out laughing after they had left. "Oh! Hahaha I LOVE when they do that!"

Mercy delivered high fives to Karmy. "After all, you're no longer a teen." Mercy said to her with a smile. "Lets hurry up!" The two went down to grab weapons and ammo.

Carafrost looked at the blade and with a wave of her hand it turned into solid ice. "Does it LOOK like I'm joking? Why do you think I'm so powerful? Besides my powers, I am blessed with the looks and the charm. That's how I lure most people into my traps. I look like a cute, pretty, innocent little girl. But I'm not. Im farrrr from that."

Carafrost tried to think back to how she joined the villiain side, but something was blocking her memory. She just shrugged and said "I dunno." She wasn't going to go into the whole scientist and experiment fiasco.

"You got that right Merc." Karmy said as she loaded her bag with all sorts of weapons and ammo. "Granted when we first met, I was technically not a teen."

Mercy loaded all her weapons equipped gas flash incendiary and explosive grenades as she talked to Karmy as they were stuffing their belts and bags. "What are you talking about? You were 18 back then you're still a teen till you're 20." They seemed to have never been enemies the way they talked.

Cara smirked. "Well yeah. But who says I want to." Then she say the expression on Adela's face go blank. "Uh? Helloooo? Anyone home?" She waved a hand in fron of Adela's face and when Adela looked at her Cara stopped.

"Oh pfft!" Karmy stuffed a a large rocket launcher and RPG into her bag, "You know I was the better fighter."

Mercy snapped over to Karmy, "What?! Oh common! You only knew how to fight cause I indirectly taught you!" Malice protested and locked a smoke grenade in her belt.

"Indirectly taught me?!" Karmy said strapping a large knife to her ankle, "Indirectly taught me nothing! Who copied who's move tonight? I was sooo the better fighter tonight and 4 years ago."

Ghost had no idea what to tell the boy.
"We're mercsm, kid, not miracle workers. Casius, got any ideas?"
He was somewhat suspicious of the boy, and remained on guard. Gotham was in chaos, so no one could be trusted.

"Oh common, you know that's a cheap shot!" Mercy said. "If they were all women, you'd have no idea what to do! I taught you how to fight good by beating the snot out of you!" Mercy laughed as she finally finished gearing up.

Karmy placed a hand on her hip, "I beat you so many times! Only way you won those fights was cause they got interrupted!"

"Say what you want Karmy, I was always going easy on you!" Mercy said as she started to step out. "Are you coming or what? We got butt to kick!" Mercy said with a smile. As she opened up her door past her dead boyfriend.

Carafrost giggled. "Oh.. lemme guess? That blade means something SPECIAL to you, right?" Deep down Cara was envying Aleda. She had Something special to her, even if it was just a blade. Carafrost had nothing. "Hmm.. in that case, maybe I just better destroy it." Cara held her hand up, ready to snap her fingers and turn that blade so frozen, it would crack into a million pieces.

But then she sighed. Cara wanted revenge on Adela for making fun of her, true. But breaking a stupid blade wouldn't satisfy her enough. Not that Cara planned to get revenge, she just liked to have fun. What else was there to loose? Her childhood was completley lost, she might as well get as much fun out of life as possible.

"..Fine." She growled at last, and waved her hand, unfreezing the blade. Cara shuddered at the loss of energy de-freezing took from her. "Let that be a lesson. Never mess with Carafrost." She said, seeing how much pain Cara had brought to the girl in just one minute.

"You call dislocating my arm 'going easy'?!" Karmy said as she ran after Mercy. She stopped when she saw the body. Though she had seen many dead bodies before, Karmy was still not used to seeing it. Hopefully she never reached that stage.

"I could've ripped it off." Mercy said as she noticed the dead body. "Yeah... that's him. Some trigger happy wackp decided it was okay to shoot in doors when the Batman isn't around." Mercy unfortunately was use to seeing them. All the time back when she was 11 years old she had to get use to it, under Slade... "C'mon sugar. Let's go."

"Did you just call me sugar?" Karmy said giving Mercy a weird, freaked out look..

Artanis had been waiting outside the apartment. He had just finished two drunken thugs who decided to try fighting him with their bare hands; He made short work of them.

"Are you two quite ready?" Artanis joked.
